Decepcionada con la limpieza
Pros:

La localización es ideal. Estás cerca de restaurantes, playa, supermercado, etc.
Es súper cómodo para visitar la isla.

Cons:

La limpieza fue uno de los aspectos más decepcionantes de nuestra estancia. Durante los días que estuvimos alojados no nos limpiaron la habitación. Solo una mañana, alrededor de las 10:30, vinieron a preguntar si podían hacerlo, pero les pedimos que regresaran más tarde porque nuestra hija estaba durmiendo. Nos dijeron que volverían, pero nunca lo hicieron.
Además, los contenedores de basura exteriores no se vaciaban, por lo que la basura se acumulaba durante días. Tuvimos que tirar nosotros mismos nuestra basura y ni siquiera cabía en el contenedor, que estaba completamente lleno y lleno de moscas debido a la acumulación de residuos.
En general, la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento fue evidente durante toda la estancia. Una situación poco higiénica y muy decepcionante, especialmente tratándose de servicios tan básicos para los huéspedes.

Sadly let down by noise & lack of aircon

Very well kept & great location

Cons:

Immaculate property but very unfortunately it was badly let down by very poor sound insulation (you could hear every word of next door room’s conversation!), plus early morning works by trades people directly outside. Also, slightly strangely, there is AC in the kitchen but not the bedroom so the bedroom was uncomfortably hot despite it not being extreme weather… just average summer really.

A perfectly good place to stay in Edgartown
Pros:

The accommodation was perfectly good for a short stay in Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard, close enough to everything you'd need. The bed was comfortable and room was well equipped.

Cons:

The carpets and furnishings could do with a good deep clean or replacing soon, just took the edge off what would have been an excellent stay

Pros:

More like an air bnb than a hotel. No concierge or check in. They just five you a door code to access the room. No maid service or fresh towels. We only stayed 2 nights so perhaps that’s the policy but still… the pull out bed in the suite had a terrible mattress - springs poking out. On the bright side, the location is wonderful. Walk to town and all of Edgartown. We don’t spend a lot of time in the room when we travel so overall if was just okay. If you’re looking for something with panache or luxury this isn’t it.
