Hotel dal fascino rétro con tutto il comfort di una struttura contemporanea di alto livello
Pros:

La camera curatissima in ogni dettaglio, perfettamente insonorizzata e con un letto di grande comfort. L’eccellente colazione sul roof-top, la posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi molte delle principali attrazioni di Vienna.

Globalement l’emplacement et le fait de pouvoir boire un verre sur le rooftop qui n’a pas une vue exceptionnelle d’ailleurs.

Cons:

Manque de professionnalisme, accueil dans une réception minuscule avec les effluves du restaurant…
On n’a vraiment pas l’impression d’arriver dans un 5 étoiles.
Rooftop exigu et mal organisé
Piscine dans un coin et petite…
Petit déjeuner très moyen
Chambre pas très nette du tout !

Pros:

Perfekte Lage für Wien, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstück auf dem Dach mit Dachterrasse und gemütlichem Innenraum. Sehr netter Service. Schöne kleine Pool Area auf dem Dach. Eines der besten Wiener Schnitzel Restaurants Wiens im Erdgeschoss.

Cons:

Alles bestens. Der Barbereich ist zu Restaurantzeiten etwas klein für die Hotelgäste.

Nice hotel with perfect location.
Pros:

Location, comfortable bed, and a quiet room ( yard view) despite the busy central location. The rooftop pool and loungers were also great; however, the pool was quite small, and sometimes there were no loungers available.

Cons:

The shower was too close to the bed.

Trotz meiner kleinen Behausung, hat mich der Service, das Personal und die Terrasse getröstet
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, City und vieles mehr ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich, nett, hilfsbereit entspricht dem Niveau eines 5 Sterne Hotels.

Cons:

Das Zimmer 330 war/ist ein Loch!!!! Weder Tisch noch ein Stuhl vorhanden.
Ich habe dennoch 3 Nächte durchgehalten. Sicherlich werde ich keine weitere
Buchung mehr vornehmen.

Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage und das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Es war leider ein sehr kleines Zimmer & es hat eine zusätzliche Ablage gefehlt.
Die Tassen wurden am 2. Tag ausgetauscht, der Kaffee aber nicht nachgefüllt.
