Lage , Bett bequem

Cons:

Leider kaum frische Luft im Zimmer Fenster waren nur kippbar nicht weit zu öffnen .
Klimaanlage nicht wirklich gekühlt sehr laut
Lichtschalter im Bad ist laut Nachts extrem nervig
Hellhörig
Licht in der Dusche am Bett und andere Lampen haben ziemlich geflackert
Fahrstuhl langsam
Keine direkten Parkplätze
Viel zu dicke Bettdecken im Sommer sollte es dünnere geben

Chic hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Chic little room, lovely breakfast room and delicious food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Can smell of schnitzels from the restaurant but does not affect the experience.

Otel odası oldukça soğuktu. Bebeğimizle geldik. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde donduk. Oda uzun bi süre ısınmadı. Klima da ısıtmadığı için baya üşüdük.

Супер удобная локация.Завтраки с шикарным видом и просто наивкуснейшие.Завтраки получше , чем в знаменитых пятерках.

Дорогая парковка.Но так везде в Европе.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Das Frühstück im 8. Stock war großartig! Toller Ausblick und sehr gutes Buffet mit großer Auswahl. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. We were able to walk to so many places in the centre of Vienna.
Pros:

Great situation, peaceful, great room, lovely staff

Cons:

The only issue was lack of space around the pool. Too many times where no sun loungers available.

Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Direkt in der Altstadt, der schöne Karlsplatz direkt um die Ecke.
Der Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und nett.
Es war ruhig in der Nacht und man konnte gut schlafen.
