Where do I start? The room was pristine, comfortable bed and good shower. View to the beautiful architecture of the lovely buildings on the main road. We were on 3rd floor, the star of the show is the sky bar on the 8th floor, where you are served breakfast, has a pool and sun loungers where you can relax with a drink. The breakfast was great quality and plentiful. Now for the staff who couldn’t do enough for you, friendly, professional, attentive and a delight to behold. Special mention to Aris in the skybar who was super friendly and so accommodating!!
Although the bedrooms were oddly designed especially for friends sharing, it’s ideal for couples . I would highly recommend this hotel it’s so central and location is excellent!! ❤️❤️

The location was excellent. We didn't use many of the hotels facilities but staff were helpful and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Overall, a decent hotel in a good location, with a genuinely good breakfast and friendly enough atmosphere. Vienna is wonderful, and the hotel is perfectly placed to explore it.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning appears to be more of a philosophical concept than an actual working system. After checking reviews, it seems we weren’t alone in discovering this. The hotel clearly knows it’s an issue, yet the rooms still resemble a gentle sauna by bedtime.
The room itself had lovely large windows, which would have been great had the blinds actually fitted them properly. Instead, at approximately 5am each morning, the sun launched a full tactical assault directly onto our faces. Unless you sleep in an eye mask, blackout tent, or medically induced coma, you’ll be awake whether you planned to be or not.
In summary: good breakfast, good location, nice enough hotel — just don’t expect Arctic-level climate control or a lie-in.
