Pros:

We had a room on a top floor with an outside bath on the roof. Good idea.

Bottled water in the room was bad (it was tap water in the bottle).

The hotel had so much caracter! Impossible cute!
Clean and well located.

Cons:

The breakfast service. It starts at 7:30am - as I was on a business trip and had already prepaid for breakfast; everyday it was late. So; if you are not going for relaxed leisure time; it will be frustrated.
As mentioned; i prepaid for breakfast for 2 people however my guess could only arrive 2 nights before checking out. They would not reembolse the extra pay for 6 out of 8 night stay then had the nerves to tell me and my guest that we could only order ONE item from the menu and their “continental breakfast” was basically only bread, butter and jelly. “All of that” for $28 POUNDS for each person.

Non può essere considerato un hotel 4 stelle ma piuttosto un discreto bed&breakfast. Non ha i servizi e la cura di un hotel. Personale gentile ma approssimativo. Fanno le pulizie in camera e riassetto solo su richiesta. Materasso scomodo condizionatore rumoroso.

Lovely little hotel in perfect location.
Pros:

Super clean room, lovely bed and ambiance. Great location and staff. Great a/c.

Cons:

I was given an accessible bathroom that I didn’t need and the height of sink etc weren’t great for me. Also gets super wet because of the shower.

Exceptional service beautiful rooms amazing location

It was exceptional very welcome even escorted to the room. Staff were amazing. Even got a lovely complimentary cocktail and some lovely shortbread on your bed.

Emplacement parfait.
Décoration de la chambre et des parties communes superbes.
Bar agréable avec bon vin et snacks.
Nous sommes arrivés le matin avant que la chambre ne soit prête, mais ils nous ont téléphoné en fin de matinée pour nous prévenir quand nous pouvions revenir sans attendre l'heure officielle du check-in. C'etait très appréciable.
