A true hidden gem in London

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Zetter Marylebone and will not hesitate to return.

What makes this hotel so special is the combination of its fantastic location and its genuinely warm, personal atmosphere. Tucked away on a charming and quiet street, it feels like a peaceful oasis from London's busy pace, yet you're only moments away from everything the city has to offer.

The hotel itself is intimate, beautifully designed, and full of character. Rather than feeling like a large chain hotel, it feels more like staying in an elegant private townhouse where every detail has been thoughtfully considered.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the team we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely engaged in making our stay memorable. The level of care and personal attention felt sincere rather than scripted, which is increasingly rare and made a lasting impression on us.

Overpriced I felt for the whole package
Pros:

Location and small boutique nature

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great. Staff had
No energy about them at breakfast ( not the guest greeting staff and bar staff). Bacon was mostly fat.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, service also excellent. Loved the quirky vibe and location was convenient to many places.

Cons:

Couldn’t quite figure out how to control room temperature, room seemed to smell a bit musty when we returned every day.

This Hotel/ Home is simply fabulous .

The colleagues are All amazing
GM Armi is based in the lobby
And literally involved with every guest .
Arno sets the tone of the perfect host .
Constantly checking and anticipating the next thought/request before it’s spoken !
Ranjith the mixologist created numerous fun drinks ,
Took the most amazing photographs and escorted us and introduced us to a near by fav restaurant .
How good is that !!!!
Sam and chai also made us feel so special and hosts and servers in the dining room.
Well done to the entire team .

Erg comfortabel en plezierig
Pros:

Ontbijt was top, maar vooral is het de huiselijke sfeer en toch professionaliteit, die combi is fantastisch. Ik ga nooit meer naar een ander hotel in Londen denk ik.

Ach, misschien een aparte douche in de badkamer, verder niets

Charming & welcoming stay in London
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is charming and friendly, the food and drinks were really good. The highlight however was the staff, they were attentive, polite and incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the most hospitable experiences ever. It was so charming and I felt so special being able to stay there.
Pros:

Such a charming boutique hotel! The staff at Zetter Marylebone was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to welcome me and made my stay so memorable. A special thank you to Sam the bartender for terrific conversation and wine recommendation. My room was perfectly sized and comfortable. The location was so convenient to the Tube, buses and more. I really can’t say enough! I will be back soon!

Great Stay- will return!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the zetter. Loved the boutique style feel. Room was nice, comfortable bed and great shower ! Staff was very friendly when coming and leaving. Stopped by for a welcome drink in the parlor and waitress was less than friendly which was opposite to the “front desk” staff. Was a bit turned off by that since drinks are a bit pricey and then the service was just not warm and friendly but the actual stay was fabulous. The location was perfect for us, close to many tube stations. Though it was by Hyde park it was very quiet which was surprising (and great!). Will definitely stay again !

All around wonderful!
Pros:

We have been able to visit The Zetter Marylebone many times! We stop in to the quaint bar each time, which is about once a month. The “mixologist”, Ranjith, is FANTASTIC! He creates such a fun variety of drinks, and never fails. The rooms are each very different, and so quaint. It is in a wonderful are, very close to the Marble Arch. If you stay there, you will love it! If you stop on for a beverage, you are in for a real treat with Ranjith!!!

Standards at the Zetter have markedly slipped.
Cons:

Poor breakfast—coffee was bitter, porridge weak, toast overdone, took too long. Room was handicapped, which we’d not requested. No bathtub. Nothing in minibar as there used to be.
