Custo-benefício ruim, hotem poderia ter melhor estrutura nos quartos.

Localização boa, próxima a extação do metrô e de vários pontos turísticos, restaurantes, lojas interessantes. A equipe muito prestativa, sempre respondendo de forma amigável e tentando ajudar, nao importa qual horário.

Cons:

Meu quarto era no último andar, na mansarda, e tinha um cheiro forte no carpete. As tomadas eram poucas e ficavam afastadas da cama, dificultando carregar o celular ou usar o computador. Uma das luzes não acendia. O ar-condicionado não funcionava direito no começo e depois de um dia parou de funcionar completamente. Me deram um ventilador para compensar, mas mesmo assim, era difícil aguentar o calor, visto que no último andar o sol aquecia não só as paredes como também o teto. Preço alto pelo que entrega.

NIGHTMARE
Pros:

A complete nightmare. My colleague and his wife were traumatized by the staff. When they received their keys they entered a filthy room with broken windows. The bathroom, bed, floor and linens were covered with hair and stains. They felt unsafe and returned to the front desk immediately in hopes to reverse the transaction made 15 minutes prior and without even using any of the hotel facilities. They were then screamed at and threatened. We had to find another emergency accommodation for them. Horrible customer service, far from clean, absolutely unacceptable.
