Odaya girdiğimde camın açık olduğunu gördüm, kapatmak isterken odanın karşı odaya bakması hiç düzgün bir şey değil bence. Tüm havlular ve yastıkla yorgan da aşırı kirliydi ve şarj aleti yatağa uzaktı en köşe tarafta ve alttaydı.

Bien mais propreté à revoir
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de l'hôtel avec la Grand Place / 10 min à peine à pied.
Le personnel de l'accueil était souriant.
La chambre est spacieuse. Le lavabo de la salle de bain est très petit mais ce n'est pas vraiment dérangeant. Il n'y a pas de réel emplacement pour ranger les affaires à part quelques cintres sur un portant non fermé mais pour un séjour de 3 nuits, les affaires sont restées dans la valise.
La literie est confortable, la taille "king size" est sympa quand on est habitué à un 140 :-)

Cons:

Nous avions la chambre 52, au 5ème étage, donnant sur la place Rouppe ; l'isolation sonore n'est pas au top aussi bien coté bruit de la rue que des chambres voisines.
Ce qui nous a le plus dérangé est le manque de propreté de la salle de bain... :-( Nous l'avons signalé le lendemain matin au personnel de l'accueil et avons demandé à ce que le sol soit nettoyé mais cela n'a pas été fait - apparemment un problème de compréhension de la part de la jeune femme qui est en charge du nettoyage des chambres... Nous avons donc utilisé le tapis de la douche pour enlever les cheveux et poils qui ne l'avaient pas été...
Le sol de la chambre est recouvert de moquette.

Pour une nuit passer dans cette hôtel et la proximité du centre ville nous a permis de frigorifié de l ambiance vivantes
