Bed was comfortable but room was overpriced.
Pros:

Balcony was the best part, and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The decor was a fine line between eclectic trendy and sleazy. Also, the fire alarm going off for over an hour was unnerving.

Pros:

The restaurant staff was very nice. In all areas, bar, breakfast, room service. The hotel decor was nice. The hotel at least refunded the destination fees after the issues we had during our stay, with the hotel.

Cons:

Rude front desk staff, without cause. Our room was not cleaned well after the previous guest. The table was filthy and sticky and had not been cleaned at all. There was a fire alarm at 9:00pm and we had to be outside for almost an hour and still deal with the light and noise of the alarm in our room for another hour after we were let back in.

Pros:

Reasonable price for a week night.

Cons:

Very low staff ratio to customers. Coffee in lobby was empty by 7:30 AM. And a Kureg machine in room but had to buy the expensive water in room. Only 1 staff member taking care of customers in restaurant and making sure there was coffee and water in the lobby for guests.

Very enjoyable stay. We stayed in 3 hotels during our trip, and Hotel Nyack was the best by far.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional, the decor entertaining, the shower spacious, and we enjoyed breakfast there.

Cons:

Nothing.

Great stay, in a great town!
Pros:

The decor, the bed was extremely comfortable, room was spacious, and the temperature of the room was spot on.

Overall, Hotel was good. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very good.

Cons:

Not much. Good parking, check was simple. Room was very good. It all worked well.
