Cons:

I was informed my balcony room wasn’t available 8 minutes before check-in. They had given me a “junior suite” which wasn’t a suite at all… The windows were frosted glass I was not even able to see out the window (done intentionally to that side of the hotel because there’s a cemetery on that side window). Also waited 15 minutes to be seated at the restaurant where there was only one waiter .

Nice hotel but not 4 star
Pros:

The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable and when our air conditioner wasn't working right ( warm air and very loud), the engineer replaced it with a new unit on the first night. We were very impressed! The bar area and lounge was lovely.

Cons:

The communication between staff was problematic when we made requests about housekeeping. The service in the restaurant was a bit frazzled. There was morning coffee that ran out in the lobby.

underwhelming for the cost.
Pros:

beds were comfortable

Cons:

photos are AI, the pool area was not as nice as the photos seemed. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. The builidng was an old warehouse and you can def feel that. It was dark and industrial. a couple was smoking cigarettes near the entrance to the pool. The pool is too small for families but there were families in the pool which made it unusable. There weren't enough lounge chairs. breakfast was a banana or what looked like a homemade granola bar.
