Pros:

The staff were really helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a balcony.

Cons:

The room was small and basic which was fine. However, it could do with a redecoration.

Very pleasant and fit for purpose
Pros:

I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I was here. I was expecting something slightly above a backpackers hotel but actually it was very comfortable. Yes, my room was small and I entered via the toilet room however the location was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helped me with a map and it was fit for purpose for what I needed. The area is very safe.

Cons:

It’s expensive for what it is but you’re in the centre of old town so comparatively it’s good value.

I had a wonderful stay.
Pros:

Spacious room with a nice view. The location is perfect for walks in Geneva's old city with an easy access to public transport. The staff is very helpful and nice.

It’s a 2* at best but for a bed for the night in a central location it did its job

Dobrý poměr cena služba pokud hledáte ubytování v centru a počítáte pouze s přespáním na pokoji.
Pros:

Největší výhodou ubytování je lokalita - přímo v centru, pár minut od památek, MHD i jezera. Pokoje je menší, cestovala jsem ale sama a tak vše bylo dostačující. Už od 2 lidí na pokoji může být komfort nižší. Milý byl personál recepce. Pokoj byl každý den čistě uklizen.

Cons:

Otevřete dveře pokoje a první co vidíte je toaleta - neoddělená ani závěsem. Pokud bydlíte sami, nevadí to, už od 2 lidí - byť si vzájemně blízkých už toto může být značný diskomfort. Ubytovaná jsem byla v období rekonstrukce budovy, která se nachází přímo naproti hotelu, takže ruch byl už od brzkého rána. Rovněž mě překvapilo, jak je slyšet vše ze sousedního pokoje, doslova každé slovo, každé puštění kohoutku. Naštěstí jsem sousedy měla jen 1 noc. Více dní si to představit neumím.

Sweaty opulence
Pros:

Beautiful old building, with high ceilings and tasteful decor. Our room was on a corner and had many huge windows. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

No bar or restaurant, although the hotel had a small event on the Saturday evening and had a small event with a temporary bar. Unfortunately, on the day we stayed it was ridiculously hot and sunny and our room was like a greenhouse. The air-conditioning struggled to cool down the room and we were forced to have some of the windows during the night. It was very noisy and our sleep was constantly interrupted.

Ich kam mit grosser Verspätung (Zugreise) erst nach Mitternacht im Hotel an un der diensthabende Mitarbeiter hat extra auf mich gewartet. Auch hat er mich perfekt über alternative Check-In-Möglichkeiten schriftlich informiert. Er hat mich überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt - einen grossen Dank an ihn! Ebenso gross ist mein Dank für die Dame, bzw. die Damen, die es mir erlaubt haben, mein Gepäck noch bis am späteren Nachmittag im Hotel zu lassen. Auch sie haben mich äusserst nett und zuvorkommend behandelt! Ich komme wieder!
