Basic but good location
Pros:

The location, very central and only met 1 staff member but he was extremely helpful

Cons:

Very basic needed a kettle for my medication which they kindly provided but not standard. No breakfast which again we knew but when u realise how expensive things are it would make me reconsider. Mattress slipped and there was a stain that looked like blood.

Genial hotel al ben mig de la ciutat.
Pros:

Molt ben ubicat i amb balcó i bones vistes.

Cons:

Podria millorar alguna cosa, com tenir mampara a la dutxa o una cadira al balcó. Però en general, estava bé.

sympathische Unterkunft in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral, trotzdem war es sehr ruhig in der Nacht, Personal sehr extrem freundlich und mehrsprachig

Cons:

wir hatten zwei kleine Bäder die sauber, aber sehr eng und ohne Lüftung waren

Unique and comfortable hotel in a great location with helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

The room was great. We really appreciated the upgrade. View was excellent, loved the balcony, thank you for the kettle, candy at reception was fun, very friendly staff, eclectic furniture, great location.

Cons:

Would have liked a fan in the bathroom for a little bit of privacy (along with ventilating the space it provides a bit of privacy with the noise it makes.)

Both nights of our stay other guests came in quite late and were quite loud in the hallway. We understand you cannot control the behaviour of others😊

Pros:

Location was excellent as it was close to the train station and the tram system.The A/C was also very good and the room was several storeys high and with a balcony we had a good view of the city.Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No kettle for making coffee or tea, plus no iron either. No fridge in the room which would have been nice to store items in the very hot weather.The toilet was situated in a separate area of the room, which was in a small cupboard and you had to leave the door open to sit on the toilet as there wasn't room for your legs to close the door.
