Mivel már többször szálltunk meg itt így tudtuk, hogy mire számítsunk. Teljesen rendben volt a szállás most is! Az még egy plusz pont, hogy volt kispárnai is.

Stay in Szeged
Pros:

All the staff was very professional and respectful.
The refreshers while waiting for checking in were super nice and unexpected.

Cons:

1.The Reception has contacted us several times before arrival with confusing information without answering our parking slot request. I believe this can be avoided and really not necessary.
2. The payment right at arrival, after a 3.5h drive sounds like a lack of trust and it is not how a 4* hotel should work.
3. The parking garage discrimination, with the slot from the inside garden reserved for guests staying several nights and the rest send 1cstreet away in the backyard is hard to understand and unacceptable, specially when there were free slots.
4. No minibar in the room.
5. Lack of space between the toilet and the shower cabin.
6. Room siding the street with the tram noise during the night and near the elevator without to offer a better alternative even if booked in time and Genius 3 level.

Wonderful stay and lovely staff
Pros:

Un hotel minunat, unde am avut un sejur foarte plăcut și odihnitor. Personalul a fost foarte atent și amabil, acordând atenție micilor detalii care ne-au făcut șederea și mai confortabilă.

Am ajuns foarte târziu în timpul nopții și am fost plăcut surprinși când ne-au oferit posibilitatea unui check-out mai târziu, chiar dacă nu am solicitat acest lucru. A doua zi, ne-au permis de asemenea, cu amabilitate, să lăsăm mașina în parcarea lor încă două ore.

Apreciem foarte mult amabilitatea și ospitalitatea lor. Vă mulțumim că ne-ați făcut șederea atât de plăcută și vă dorim mult succes în continuare!
