Pros:

- ruhige Lage in Fussnähe zum See und Restaurants
- reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Eierspeisen - Einnahme auf der Terrasse möglich
- grosszügiges Zimmer mit Seesicht
- grosse Liegefläche auf Rasen mit sehr schöner Weitsicht
- privater Seeabschnitt in Fussnähe erreichbar mit Liegen, Dusche, WCs und Kühlschrank mit Wasser gefüllt
- sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal

Un séjour de 4 jour en famille et tout le monde a adoré.
Pros:

Tout, le personnel, l’accueil, la propreté, les chambres spacieuses, les accès aux SPA hammam… piscine au top avec une vue magnifique, le restaurant et les buffets du matin , possibilités de manger sans gluten également ..

Für einen Kurzurlaub zu zweit ziemlich perfekt
Pros:

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Die Küche ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr hochwertig. Die Weinkarte ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind schön, hell und ruhig. Der Pool und der Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön gelegen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war nicht 100%ig sauber. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Sorgfältigkeit aller Angestellten könnte/sollte besser sein. Der Blick auf Details ist ausbaufähig. Dann würden gewisse Dinge (Dreck auf den Terrassen, Vogelkot auf dem Stuhl, etc) nicht vorkommen. Bei Inhabergeführten Häusern ist dies tendenziell besser.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would have loved to stay longer, but due to money and schedule we could not do this
Pros:

Lovely location with great view of lake. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

At breakfast the hot trays needed to be replenished quicker as sometimes there was hardly any food in them. It was a little hard to find hotel as we did not have internet on our phone.

Cons:

Staff was uncooperative. Rude and unaccomodating. No places to eat close to the restaurant. Breakfast was few options and undercooked. Terrible experience overall.

The location was amazing with the view of the lake so lovely. The pool and spa area were very nice. The air conning the room worked well

Cons:

My husband made staff aware that we were there for our golden wedding and nothing was said or any acknowledgement which would have been nice. Domestic team knocked on our door one morning at 9am to clean the room and when we returned at 10.30 the room wasn’t cleaned! 2 bottles of water and 2 tiny packs of mini biscuits during 4 night stay was very poor. No minibar and no aircon in any public areas
