O único ponto menos conseguido da estadia foi a insuficiente proteção contra a luz solar. As cortinas de rolo não bloqueiam a luminosidade de forma eficaz, o que dificulta manter o quarto devidamente escuro.

A sanita por vezes deitava um odor menos bom...
Piscina sempre muito cheia a tarde.

Relativamente ao spa, a simpatia e a empatia demonstradas pelas rececionistas do hotel contrastam fortemente com a postura das funcionárias da receção do spa.
​A equipa parece não ter qualquer interesse em promover os serviços disponíveis — como massagens, tratamentos, sauna ou banho turco —, adotando uma atitude de total desapego e indiferença perante os clientes.
​A situação mais grave ocorreu com a marcação do banho turco e da sauna, efetuada logo pela manhã para as 17h30. Às 16h30, ao dirigirmos-nos para a piscina lúdica, reforçámos o lembrete de que iríamos utilizar os equipamentos no horário agendado. Contudo, ao chegarmos ao local, ambos se encontravam desligados. Ao reportarmos a situação na receção, demonstraram espanto e informaram que iriam contactar a equipa e que podíamos subir. Como seria de prever, a sauna só esteve em condições de utilização por volta das 18h30.
Nem um pedido de desculpas, nem qualquer tipo de atenção pelo sucedido.

Fica longe de tudo,ao reservar não temos essa noção.

Fomos à piscina termal da parte da tarde e apesar de termos marcado estava imensa gente, não deu para aproveitar bem!

I found the initial wait for the reception to check us in a bit frustrating. But she was lovely when we finally go to check in.
The room was absolutely fine but a couple of things:
1. Room Bins- most people need a bin next to the sink (cotton pads from removal of make up, pill packaging that have been used, tissues etc).
All we had was a bin in the toilet and a large bin next to the desk (which had a bin bag that did not fit the perimeter of the bin - what is the point of giving guests bin bags that do not fit the actual bin they are intended for ??)
2. Lighting - the toilet light is so subtle it is not worth having - I really could barely tell if it was on. My needs were not so special but I think for others having adequate lighting in the toilet is a must have.
3. The breakfast was great apart from the fact there were no vegetables - eggs, cheese and bacon. Yoghurt (shop bought) and melon were appreciated each day but when I asked for a tomato/cucumber I was told that was not possible.
The coffee tasted like it had been prepared 4 hours before (we ate around 9-10am each day). We were told we were allowed one proper espresso each day - which on day 2 I asked for - but it always amazes me why a hotel will not spend the extra 0.5 % on providing a proper, non acidic, over heated, coffee for guests to enjoy as they start their day.

I also was surprised that when I asked the breakfast manager if we could have a table by the window he said "no - there are 4 of you - so you sit on the other (dark) side of the room"

Look all this doesn't really matter, but my overall impression was that this was not a team doing everything they could to delight their customers - more like " lets get through the day and be thankful nothing has gone wrong"

El hotel es muy moderno, y no me gustó lo oscuro que es, también por dentro. Pero es una apreciación personal
