We looked forward to breakfast because of you.
Decent water pressure and hot water on 21rst floor. Several English channels on TV. Very clean, well appointed hotel. BW only hires the best staff. two restaurants in hotel: Le Cabernet on the 1rst floor. Enjoy lamb soup "Kharkhog", carrots, spuds and lamb, a national dish. On the 25th floor is another eatery. Breakfast on 3rd floor, wide variety. You can't go wrong here with any palate. Ask for Decaf coffee. Sliced dragon fruit, a surprise. Electric tea kettle in the room. Ask for a room with a view. No problems with anything. Great, restfull stay.

We stayed at the hotel with a travel group. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast had a large variety of foods, The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Aivy in the dining room
The BEST Western Tuushin in Ulaanbaatar was outstanding. The rooms were super clean, extremely comfortable bed/linens, and attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious, a special thanks to to the excellent Food/ Beverage Manager, Aiviy, and her amazing staff. Also we appreciated, Yhani, the Hotel Manager. We asked for directions to a local store and she walked us part way so we could find it.
Positives: the view, and walking distance to the main square. The bed is huge and comfortable.
Negatives: no usb points in the room, no PowerPoints beside the bed, you need a pole vault to get in the bath/shower. The shower water runs along the edge of the bath and floods the floor, there is a blind in the shower that gets drenched. The wifi is spotty and slow and every time you take out the keycard the wifi cuts out so you have to keep putting the password in. Also if there are two people in the room you need two keycards if you want the power on in the room (we were only given one).
Also worth noting is the terminology of ‘Club Room’, we have known club rooms to mean that there is complimentary snacks drinks in a club lounge. But they use the word ‘club’ as one would say superior or standard room. In other words it comes with no additional benefits.
As great as the location is, there are just too many functional issues to overlook.

This young lady worked tirelessly to make our stay a success. She was attentive, always present to attend to our dietary needs. She worked the dining room staff efficiently.

A localização é excelente, mesmo no centro da cidade. A poucos minutos a pé de imensos pontos de interesse e de autocarros para vários destinos, inclusive para o aeroporto. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestáveis, o quarto é limpo, confortável e com uma excelente vista sobre a cidade. O pequeno-almoço é excelente.
Good location in the center of Ulaanbaatar. Modern facilities with quick elevators (important in such a high building!). Nice of the hotel to provide a small take-away breakfast on case of early check-out.
Overwhelmingly average breakfast, not worthy of a 5 star hotel (not even fresh bananas/ apples). We had ordered a taxi for 5am but the one that was reserved didn’t arrive, so we had to wait for an alternative- Hotel should improve the selection of its partners and ensure smoother service. The massage was of average quality.
It offered a great view overlooking Sükhbaatar Square, and all of the staff were extremely friendly. The staff spoke English very well, which made everything very convenient. In particular, most of the major tourist attractions were within walking distance, making the location especially convenient for travelers.
Personally, this seemed to be a common characteristic of Best Western hotels, but the breakfast was more disappointing than expected. If you’re simply satisfied with having breakfast included, it’s acceptable — but if you go in with high expectations for the breakfast itself, the disappointment can be quite significant. It may just be my personal impression, but considering the room rate, the breakfast felt rather underwhelming. Other than that, however, I was very satisfied with the overall stay.

朝食スタッフは皆さん良く気がつき一生懸命仕事していて快適でした。
バーに日本語が話せるバーテンダーがいました。
スタッフは英語を話しタクシー手配などもスムーズにできます。
25階のレストランは味も雰囲気もスタッフもとても良かったです。
洗面台のソープが前客の使用済みのものが置かれてあった。
フロントが人によって対応が全く違う。
スパメニューがフロントで教えられたメニューと違い1人利用のジャグジーが使えず2人分の料金を支払った。最初からわかっていれば2人でジャグジーを利用しマッサージの時間をずらすことができたので無駄な支出であった。
Aivy was excellent,,, everyday help,, we had so much fun… food was decent,,, the staff was cheerful everyday,,, again Aivy was just a dream to deal with,,, can’t wait to come back.

Housekeepers started to knock early in the morning to someone and woke up whole floor.
Horrible doors. If someone close, all neighbors on the floor hear sound of wooden punch. All night long, early breakfast time. Also, close room shower can add some impression about living there. iWell sleep it is not about this place.
