Pros:

Had a nice stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly.

Front desk staffs are wonderful, especially Bulga. She was really helpful, spoke great English, and made check-in and out and everything else so easy.

We were in and out of this hotel four times as we traveled throughout Mongolia. Every time was excellent.

Nice rooms but terrible manager and service
Pros:

Hotel room was nice, breakfast was ok but eggs were raw. The reason for the one star review was the fact that when we arrived, we went to the restaurant, paid via credit card and they consistently harassed us for two weeks that we did not pay our $20 us meal that we 100% paid.

Great UB hotel
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was most helpful & very responsive, particularly Aivy in the breakfast room. Plus, breakfast was delicious, huge variety and always replenished quickly. And. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The location is excellent. Breakfast was quite good with lots of variety.

Cons:

The sheets are tucked in so tightly you have to take the bed apart to pull out enough sheets to cover your shoulders.

Even though I had updated my new credit card, Booking.com didn't gather the information and I spent over an hour trying to sort out the booking. For some reason my credit cards did not work (although they had worked everywhere else). The concierge said he would clear up the problem, but when he couldn't figure out the issue, he just left. Thank goodness I had enough cash.

Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff!
Pros:

Perfect location close to Sukhbaatar Square and many great museums and restaurants! I want to give a special shoutout to Aivy, an incredibly sweet and kind staff member who even remembered my exact coffee order each morning at breakfast!

the wifi cut out and lagged sometimes

A great spot in Ulaanbataar
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional. My room overlooked the Central Square and I had a wonderful view of the Naadam parade.

Cons:

The breakfast was mediocre. Not what I expected from this hotel.

Great location for exploring
Pros:

I had two one night stays here before leaving for a trip and returning from a trip and was such a great location.
The first room was 2202 and was lovely and quiet with an amazing view of the mountains. The second room level 13, was facing the square and very noisy as it was a Sunday night and they had a concert playing.
The breakfast was lovely and a good selection and the chef was very helpful when I asked for some eggs to be cooked.
I also ate a pizza and had a couple of drinks at the restaurant/bar on the 25th Floor, which has such a spectacular view.

Cons:

No soundproofing of the second room on level 13

Pros:

Centrally located hotel, close to main square, museums within walking distance and restaurants. Great roof top restaurant with a view.

Cons:

Would have liked a view from the gym with sauna and steam rooms, it looked a bit of an after thought. The sauna was attached to the spa which one needed to pay for.

Best for the center of Ulaanbaatar
Pros:

Perfect location in the center of the city, next to Sükhbaatar Square and Galleria (biggest cashmere store in the world). The stuff (Daisy!) is very nice and helpful, the rooms are newly renovated with big window on the square.
