The property is located close to the main Sukhbataar square and great views from the room. Lovely spacious room with comfortable beds.
We had an outstanding experience at this hotel! We enjoyed a comfortable suite for our family, excellent buffet breakfast daily with an incredibly warm welcome from Aviy at the restaurant. She was so kind and makes sure all restaurant guests feel welcome and their meal requests are accommodated. We noticed her attentive oversight on the restaurant staff who are also kind and caring.
The Cabernet restaurant on the ground floor is excellent too!
We highly recommend the 5 Star Best Western Hotel in Ulaanbaatar.
Staff at the front desk and specially at breakfast are very helpful and attentive.
The location of the property is amazing. 50 mts from a super GOBI store and 60 mts from the main square.
Lot of noise in the street but nothing the hotel can control.

The AIR CONDITIONING DOESN'T WORK IN MANY ROOMS! I stayed 5 nights with a tour group. The place is full of tour groups, and the elevators don't come at all or they are very slow. The front desk staff is 5 stars, and super nice, and so are the bellman. Also, the hotel is in a great location, but I stayed in different rooms, and there was no working air conditioning!! I have photos of the temprature at 77 degrees at night and in the am. It didn't change, and they came and agreed, but no other rooms. There wouldn't change my room, and they make up excuses, "Oh too many people using it." But my friends on other florrs had working A/C. And one night I did have it, and then after conplaining to the tour comnpany i got a room with 2 A/Cs, so in other words, It is not a great hotel. The breakfast area is packed!!! Again, all the tour groups leave about the same time. Also, don't take a low floor, I had 8th floor corner first night, so small no place for suit cases, and so loud, I could hear everything from the outside. And no working A/C. Giving you a fan, isn't as described as Air Conditining. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel by any means, and yes it is Mongolia, but stay at a little more expensive one and have a better stay.
Excellent service. Very goood location. The check in staff Daisy was so friendly, helping us to check in ahead of time with no charge. The facilities are very good, overall a great experience- highly recommended!

I was helped above and beyond expectations by Daisy and Bulgene (sincere apologies is my spelling of B’s name is incorrect)! Many thanks to these two fabulous ladies for there help. Had a nice stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly.
Front desk staffs are wonderful, especially Bulga. She was really helpful, spoke great English, and made check-in and out and everything else so easy.

Hotel room was nice, breakfast was ok but eggs were raw. The reason for the one star review was the fact that when we arrived, we went to the restaurant, paid via credit card and they consistently harassed us for two weeks that we did not pay our $20 us meal that we 100% paid.
