The highlight of my stay was the exceptional hospitality shown by Ms. Ivy, the Food and Beverage Manager, and Ms. Yhani, the Hotel Manager. They listened to my concerns with genuine empathy and made me feel welcomed, supported and among family. Following a difficult beginning, the hotel management arranged an exceptional and thoughtful form of compensation, for which I am extremely grateful. The personal care shown by Ms. Ivy and Ms. Yhani transformed my experience and reflected hospitality at its very best.
My initial experience with the reservation process was disappointing. I reported an accidental additional booking within minutes, called three times without receiving an answer after being placed on hold, and immediately emailed two hotel addresses without a response. The early handling of the situation felt rigid and left me frustrated. However, once the matter received proper management attention, it was handled with empathy, professionalism and generosity, significantly changing my overall impression.

朝食は、もう少しモンゴルの地元のものがあるとなおよかったです。また、場所柄仕方ないと思いますが、夜遅くまで、付近の交通音が鳴っていました。

Excellent 4 nights experience at this hotel in Ulaanbaatar from 05 to 09 August 2026.
The location is truly one of the best in the city, right around Sukhbaatar Square, with easy access to the main landmarks, restaurants, and central attractions.
On top of that, the view from the hotel is absolutely sensational and really adds something special to the whole experience.
The hotel has a luxury feel and everything was clean, the room and bathroom were impeccable, and the common areas were very well maintained.
We also really enjoyed the Gastro area, which adds a lot to the overall experience.
A special mention for Le Cabernet, the restaurant on the ground floor: very good food, a lovely atmosphere, and truly wonderful staff, attentive and professional. You can really feel that the team cares about the guests.

Overall, this is a very impressive hotel, with an excellent location, great service, impeccable cleanliness, and a level of comfort that makes it feel like a premium choice in Ulaanbaatar.

We were on a tour of Mongolia where we started and would return to the Best Western. It is in a great location, and the hotel is very clean. The service at the front desk was helpful, and we really appreciated Aivy in the 3rd floor restaurant at the delicious breakfast buffet. She took care of our family and made sure my mom had a hot decaf cappuccino every morning. She is friendly and extremely helpful!
