ロケーションは大変良い。が、スフバートル広場でイベントが開かれていたりすると、広場側の部屋はうるさくて眠れないかも⋯（我々の滞在時も、午前１時ぐらいまで屋外コンサートが開かれていた）
現地のモンゴル人曰く、「ウランバートルで一番いいホテル」だというので、ここを薦められた（実際、ある程度以上の年齢の人々にとっては、そういう認識らしい⋯）。確かに、伝統と格式を感じ、所々にはもの凄く有能な職員がいた。
部屋の構造が古い。「ちょっと前の豪華」なホテル。朝食ブッフェが貧弱。夏のベストシーズンのためか、欧米人ツアー客（高齢者中心）が多かった。そのためか、内容の割には、料金は高め（そもそも空きが無い日も）だった。

It was the official hotel for my race event
Staff not helpful, I checked in late at around midnight, received a call at 1am asking me for my name (not apologetic nor polite), and very rudely ask me when I checked in. The next morning I asked for late check out, the front desk staff agreed to extend to 1pm, then at 12:01pm they called and quite rudely say ‘check out is 12’ I explained that the other lady extend for me, then there were no sorry, just ‘oh ok’
In general, I find Mongolia hospitality lacking overall.

予想外の気候のため、エアコン機能が、もう一つでした。
スハーブル広場を臨む高層階で展望が素晴らしかった。設備、サービスに関しても言うことなし。また再訪したい。

The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of items, from European fare (salad, croissants, pastries) to traditional fare including an egg station (for omelets, scrambled, fried), pancakes, waffles, and fruits. Oatmeal and cold cereal was also available. Juices and a great coffee station rounded out the offering. Aivy, the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, made our breakfast experience enjoyable every day of our stay.
This may be trivial, but we found operation of the elevator to be somewhat random. Often we'd call the elevator and it would bypass our floor both on the way up and down. More than once we had to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator to finally stop on our floor. If you're on a tour schedule that kind of random performance requires additional planning.

Far from the airport for one night stay but still worth it to get a glimpse of Mongolia
Excellent breakfast, restaurant manager.
Told us we could check in early, then charged our account for an early check in without notifying us there was a fee. Would have waited in the lobby instead of paying extra. That's why my next trip to Seattle I switched from Best Western to another company.
It was just great in so many ways. The location is amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was terrific with an amazing view. Level 25 is a great place to chill, enjoy a hearty meal a cocktail or two and the most wonderful view of the city and the mountains.
