The room was comfortable and the service is overall excellent
Pros:

The room was unexpectedly bigger than I imagined for a very reasonable price. The bathroom was also very clean and very good. We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel for our first time in Ipoh. The chinese lady at the reception was also very accommodating and very welcoming.

Cons:

TV often goes static with no signal, however it's not really a bit deal.

Good hotel,nice for working trip
Pros:

Good location, excellent price...so much restaurant nearby, Wednesday got pasar malam

Cons:

The bathroom shower not very good... maybe the hotel need to change the water heater to give customer more comfortable to staying here

We arrived around 3:00 PM and were greeted by a really friendly lady at the reception. She welcomed us with a big smile and made the check-in experience pleasant and hassle-free. Great hospitality and a lovely first impression!
