I would not recommend this place if you value honesty and reliable service.
Pros:

The room environment was decent and generally comfortable.

Cons:

The service didn't proactively replenished the capsule coffee or shower gel when they were used up.
The worst part was the financial dishonesty. Upon checkout on June 10th, due to an unattended front desk, I was wrongfully double-charged an extra €10 in cash for a "climate fee" that I had already prepaid on Booking.com. The management later acknowledged this overcharge and explicitly promised to refund my €10. Yet, it has been over a month now and I still have not received my money. As a student living on a tight budget, €10 is not a small amount—it covers my groceries for an entire week. It is incredibly frustrating to be ignored after being promised a refund multiple times. Decent rooms cannot make up for bad faith and terrible customer service.

Excellent stay over
Pros:

The nice area, lots of trees and gardens in the neighborhood. Silence all around. Very nice and spacious premises, everything was welcoming. Good AC and window blackouts. Curtesy supplies in the kitchen.

Η διαμονή μας στις Σουίτες Ανδρομέδα ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική! Όλα ήταν άψογα – το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική και έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Σας ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία. Σίγουρα θα σας προτιμήσουμε ξανά και σας συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκέπτεται την Αθήνα! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

El apartamento es maravilloso, está en muy buena ubicación, en zona tranquila bien comunicada, todo muy limpio, espacioso y decorado con gusto, no puedo ponerle un pero, porque no lo tiene, el personal de limpieza es muy amable y la gerencia simplemente excepcional, me gestionaron el transporte desde el aeropuerto y la extensión de mi estancia, mil gracias.

Ruhiges Apartment, zentral in Athen gelegen in einer sicheren Gegend. Freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein riesengroßes Apartment im 4. Stock. Sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm. Die Ausstattung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Valeriya, und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Gute Lage. 2 U-Bahn Stationen von der Plaka entfernt. Die hohe Polizeipräsenz in der Gegend, verleiht ein Gefühl der Sicherheit.
