Disappointed by our stay here. Upfront cash payment for 2 nights was demanded upon arrival with no notice. Room description did not match the booking confirmation. Only one bed rather than 2. This was resolved however took a lot of discussion and nearly an hour to sort out and move.
Then, as soon as we went to bed at 9pm very loud music started and went on to 1.45am. We complained at 1am ( no staff at reception for 20 minutes). They said there was a last minute party but were clearly prioritising this over other paying guests. Finally got to sleep around 3am. Had another long discussion in the morning- refused to stay a second night and only paid 50% towards half a nights sleep.

Do not book this hotel
Pros:

Only the view from the room

Cons:

Not a clean toilet but also insects crawling out from the bath drain
As their policy cancel anytime with no cost but booked a room for driver and canceled had been charged for 50% also no invoice provided even I requested for an invoice
Believe the receptionist took the cash
Check out 12pm and had a text from receptionist it will be power cut I’ll have to leave
But there are no power cut
And forced to check out by 11:15

Disappointing stay let down by poor cleanliness and substandard facilities — not worth the price.
Pros:

Honestly, very little. The view from the terrace was the only redeeming feature.

Cons:

The facilities were genuinely horrible. The room was dirty and poorly maintained — the bed had a foul smell and clearly hadn’t been changed or cleaned properly. Overall cleanliness throughout the property was unacceptable. For what was charged, the standard fell far short of basic expectations, Food is horrible
