Do not stay at this hotel there are thieves in the staff is unhinged and unprofessional. Krystalll is the worst employees they’ve ever had and needs to get fired immediately for lack of professionalism.

Worst experience ever. Management just flat out lied about things. Dirty water dripping down from the bathroom above our room and they couldn't even provide towels to clean up the mess. When I brought it to their attention, they said they'd fix it by the next day. It was much worse the next day as nobody had even looked at it.
Worse, the water was now dripping down through walls (with electrical outlets on them!) and into the main sleeping area.

Shanita (manager) would just flat out lie about things. I asked her for a break on the bill as I essentially was acting as maintenance for my stay, rotating out trash cans to collect the water so it didn't go down another floor. She said they couldn't adjust the bill at all, she didn't have authority. I'd have to talk to Choice. I called Choice and they basically said Shanita was lying to avoid refunding any money. Tried calling back for 3 weeks and Shanita was always "away from the front desk." The last time I could even hear her telling the person at the desk phone to say she was in a meeting! When I called the desk person out on it, Shanita got on the phone and started yelling at me when I told her I was going to write up a review.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. I've included a video of the brown water dripping from above that went on for the 2 days I was there. Had to empty them numerous times.

Only reason I didn't switch hotels was there was a huge event going on and everything else was booked full. I asked her to switch my room, but the only other room was in worse shape (disgusting) and the window A/C unit was broken.

Just a train wreck of a hotel.

Front desk Javon was great!

The rooms are Clean and comfortable, there's a kitchenette area , minor to Zero damage to the rooms , pet friendly and the Staff is always Helpful and Nice. Also there is wifi and a full refrigerator, definitely one of my best stays , I'd recommend !!

I have never left a bad review in my life, but this hotel deserves one. I wish I could give 0 stars. We arrived at 10pm to check in to our room, greeted by a woman at the front desk who allowed us to "check our room" prior to signing for the nonrefundable room. Not once have I ever been asked to do this, but thankfully we did. The hallway itself smelled like cigarettes and when we arrived to our room, it clearly had not been cleaned for a few days. The bed was unmade and there was a trashcan full of rotting food with the room smelling terrible. When we were in shock and went back to the desk, we were told with a shrug that cleaning service would not be on until morning and there were no other rooms. We then had to scramble to find another stay extremely late at night and not cost effective, which is why we considered this hotel in the first place. I would not have felt safe staying in that hotel, so it was a blessing in disguise but very unsatisfied with this experience.

Very nice staff handled everything perfectly , very clean . Mr Joe @ front desk was professional with all my room reds . I highly recommend
