This location is awsome the staff is amazing and very helpful. The customer service is awsome!!!!! Inwish everyone in the world could exsperiance how happy and grateful the staff make you feel.

Pros:

After staying here before, I expected the same as everyone else but this go round it was different. No roaches, clean, no smoke smell.

Cons:

They cahrge for pets. No ESa. When asked what my dog performed it was mentioned by the manager that my dog was a ESA so I had to pay out of pocket

The room was comfortable but never have I ever been charged for towels at any hotel at all smh

What I did like was the young lady at the front desk she helped me to get an
Uber on my phone I came from out of town for my daughter's graduation.

I didn't like the facility terrible rooms unsafe facilities people hanging out around the building I felt like I got catfished the pictures online looked totally different than in person false advertisement in my opinion terrible experience I did not stay at your facilities The front desk lady told me that the key machines not working and that she rather let me in manually unheard of unbelievable so therefore I had to go and make an emergency booking at another hotel that same night which was sad put me in a unsafe prediction and I paid way too much for the other hotel that I stayed at for one night. I didn't get any sleep because of the predicament I was put in when I arrived at your facility. I had to read book my staying arrangements at quality inns and suites the next morning it cost me more money I lost money dealing with an unsafe booking at your guys facility. In the future please do not catfish people with pictures that don't match the facilities the key machine did not work at your facility how is someone going to tell someone that a guest from out of town that
will have to let me in and out of my room each time I need to step out. Unheard of never have I ever been put in a predicament like I was the night of my arrival into your city first impression last impression I'm very upset out I was misled with your pictures on the internet

Pros:

I walked in the front door and was greeted by Ronnie it was so refreshing to see him throughout my stay here at woodspring suites he’s been nothing but kind and respectful and treated me like family good times or bad I could always count on him to greet me with a smile and some kind words of encouragement
