My birthday stay was ruined by an extremely rude front desk person and construction next door to me.
Pros:

The Bathroom had a jetted tub in it. It was adequate. I wouldn't say it was great though. I still tipped housekeeping and a guy who gave me the extra towels I asked for. I've worked in Hotels and Housekeeping as well. I'm blue collar. You would think asking for extra towels is no biggie right???? Not at this hotel. I've never seen anyone act like this in the Hospitality Industry. All I wanted was extra towels because I had a Jacuzzi. Don't ask for that here. Cardinal Sin!!!

Cons:

Front desk staff winced when I asked for extra towels, like I was drowning her children. She gave me 2 when I asked for 4 because I have a jacuzzi and know what I need and always tip well. So, I asked housekeepers outside who gladly gave them to me. She comes charging out of the office and snatches them out of my hand. I couldn't believe it also because it was my Birthday and she knew that. Also, there was construction in the next room to me going on until 10 pm. This continued again at 6am. I couldn't believe it. I told the managers in the AM who offered nothing to me. Will never stay there again.

Disappointing experience, we wouldn't stay there again.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We booked the room for two nights but had to leave after the first night due to a serious plumbing/sewage backup.

The bathtub was already draining very slowly when my boyfriend showered, and when I showered later that evening, the tub backed up with several inches of water. The following morning, sewage and food debris, including eggs from breakfast, backed up into the bathtub.

We immediately reported the problem to the manager, who offered to move us to another room. However, after what had happened, we did not feel comfortable staying at the property and chose to leave. We were refunded only half of the first night's charge, although we were not charged for the second night.

We understand that plumbing issues can happen, but we were very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Given the circumstances, we feel we should have received a full refund for the night we stayed or been offered appropriate compensation or a complimentary stay elsewhere.

Also , we were not able to get a second set of towels until we returned the dirty towels to the front office. The water in the kitchen sink and bathroom sink was extremely hot.

The hotel closes but doesn't have their hours listed. Had a late check in set up was supposed to have a key in a drop box and given a code to the box. Never received code and there was no one in the office. No one would answer the contact number kept sending me to some support number where they would call and then tell me they couldn't get ahold of anyone. Booking.com refunded me but I don't recommend if you're not goin to make it before they close

I was exhausted from the lack of sleep.
Pros:

I liked the comfortable bed and the location.

Cons:

The noise level. My family and I were not able to sleep all night as the people staying on the top level were very loud and they let their children run and scream at all hours of the night and day.

Pros:

Location was great, close to beach and downtown

Cons:

My car gas cap being messed with and 2 other people dealt with the same issue I told the lady in the office and she didnt seem to care. Coffee was horrendous. Window didn't have a screen and bugs got into our room. No AC so we had to have windows open.

We really enjoyed our stay & being able to walk all around Seaside!
Pros:

The location to the beach, nice river views, privacy & quiet rooms.

Cons:

The internet went out in the evening not allowing to stream on the tv, but cable was a good back up
