We really enjoyed our stay & being able to walk all around Seaside!
Pros:

The location to the beach, nice river views, privacy & quiet rooms.

Cons:

The internet went out in the evening not allowing to stream on the tv, but cable was a good back up

Very noisy room, not equipped properly
Pros:

I liked the parking in front of my room and the location, close to the city center and grocery store.

Cons:

Noise from upstairs rooms, walls are too thin. Room had a weird floor linoleum top that was not installed properly. TV did not work properly, remote didn't work, they only channel available was showing CSI Miami all the time. There was no soap by the sink. Room was really warm and muggy. Staff was a little rude.

Nice clean remodeled room. Would stay again.
Pros:

The room was remodeled. Very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. It was also nice to have netflix and youtube available.

Cons:

We would have liked more comfortable furniture on the balcony. The dresser drawers had an old smell so we didn't use it.

It was okay but uncomfortable as the room was very muggy due to no air conditioning.
Pros:

Not to far from the center of seaside and it was very clean.

Cons:

The rooms don’t have air conditioning which was no on the listing when I booked.

Comfortable, spacious and good location.
Pros:

Basic comfort, spacious rooms, nice little ground floor balcony area in our room. Great location for fun evenings in Seaside and day trips to Cannon Beach. Walkable to Safeway and main downtown area.

Cons:

No spoons available. Sounds silly but when you’ve bought yogurt for breakfast or soup for supper, spoons matter.

The bed was very uncomfortable due to old Polly sheets and very expensive for quality
Pros:

It was clean. The room was good size.

Cons:

It was very expensive for what it was. There was no breakfast provided. The sheet on the bed I slept in was so full of pills I wasn’t sure I would be able to sleep. It was late when I discovered this. I was in my Pjs and ready to turn out the light so I didn’t call the desk and ask for a different sheet. I would not return or recommend this motel. I did tell the desk the next day.

Pros:

The room was in general good.

Cons:

For a solo traveller without a car, this place is quite inconvenient. The location makes it difficult to get an Uber, and the hotel doesn't provide luggage storage service. The front desk also only opens at 8 AM. For someone like me who wanted to go to Cannon Beach for birdwatching before 8 AM, these limitations caused a lot of inconvenience.

Coastal Break
Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful at check in, loaned my kiddos board games and got us all comfortable after a long day of work which I super appreciated. We really liked staying here and will return again soon.

Cons:

The lighting in the room could use a brighten up
