Pros:

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。朝ごはんも美味しく、お部屋も綺麗で、眺めは絶景でした。

Cons:

少し異臭がしたのと、お隣の声が響きました。
朝食の時間が1時間20分しかない点は少し旅程の柔軟性を制限します。

高樓層景觀很好

Cons:

第一晚入住時，房間內有明顯異味，一開始不清楚原因。後來發現是馬桶水位過低，導致排水管的氣味飄出。再次沖水後，水位恢復正常，異味也隨之消失。若其他住客遇到相同情況，可以嘗試再沖一次水，應可改善。

房間內提供過濾水使用，並建議煮沸後再飲用。不過煮沸後水面會浮著一層物質，讓人對水質產生疑慮，因此最後還是另外購買礦泉水飲用。

另外，有標示 1 樓設有飲水機可供取水，但晚上到 1 樓裝水時，現場完全沒有照明，環境相當昏暗，令人感到不安。建議至少保留基本照明，方便住客安全取水。

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, especially the room with the stunning view of the lake. The service of the staff was quick, responsive and friendly. And the boss who we met by chance was engaging, passionate and willing to share about the beauty, scenic spots and activities at Sun Moon Lake. We had a lovely stay and would definitely want to come back again in future

5 Star Experience at Sun Moon Lake
Pros:

The hotel is really unique and exclusive. It has Japanese styled rooms and fantastic views of the lake. Sophia from reception was exceptionally nice and helped us to arrange transfer to another city.

It is worth having a lake front room for a view over Sun Moon Lake.
Pros:

Location - requested a lake view room and it was certainly worth it, with a balcony with small table and two chairs. Helpful and friendly staff, welcome drink on arrival. Breakfast delivered to room one day, buffet on second day.

Schönes Hotel zum Runterkommen ohne Action.
Pros:

Der schöne Ausblick auf den mystischen See. Netter Balkon mit Stühlen. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück bei diskreter Meditationsmusik mit viel frischem Essen. Radfahren um den See top. Starbucks in unmittelbarer Nähe zum draußen Sitzen.

早餐好吃，邊吃邊看著窗邊日月潭很愜意~
大廳的湖景已經相當足夠，如果起床也想看到湖也相當推薦選湖景房
淋浴設備很讚還有浴缸~水溫很穩
地點超方便，就在水社碼頭第一排去騎腳踏車去超商去吃飯去停車都很方便
停車的話是停中興停車場，收費時是以多繳250元可以無限制進出，可以理解拉但我建議能包進住宿費裡旅客心裡會更舒服

Cons:

我不太批評飯店的，因為我覺得舒服跟乾淨已經很足夠
但硬要說美中不足也希望改善的就是過濾水，既然提供淨水設備的過濾飲用水
就還是要偶爾維護一下
我對水質很敏感，且喜歡泡茶跟泡咖啡，飯店的過濾水很硬，煮水甚至會出現石灰質唷!對泡茶跟咖啡的愛好者，水質硬泡出來會相對苦澀，只是想說飯店有提供泡茶設備泡紅茶，水質可以再檢視一下。

Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage war ok

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern von Booking.com. Mir mussten einen Aufpreis von 3000 Taiwan Dollar bezahlen. Auch wurde uns Mitgeteilt das die Luftseilbahn geschlossen ist, was nicht stimmte. Die Leinenbettwäsche war zu klein.

Jeg giver hotellet min bedste anbefaling for beliggenhed og for det venlige personale.
Pros:

Det ligger meget centralt. Med en fabelagtig udsigt over søen. Jeg kan anbefale at bo fra sjette sal og op. Gode balkoner, da man nemt kan sidde der i regnvejr, da de er godt overdækket. Meget meget hjælpsom personale. Dog anbefale ikke at bruge det cykeludlejning bureau som hotellet giver discount billetter til, da cyklerne var ringe kvalitet. Der var cykel udlejningsbureauer som havde meget nyere cykler. Fin morgenmad.

Cons:

Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide.
