Zentrale Lage vom Hotel genial!
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage war super 👌🏻 und das Zimmer geräumig. Das Personal zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Ebenfalls war das Frühstücksbüffet vielfältig.

מזגן לא פועל. אין אפשרות להכין משקה חם בחדר. מקלחת לא מוארת. אמבטיה ללא וילון או זכוכית. ברז השפורפרת באמבטיה מתיז לכל הכיוונים. לא נקי. השמיכות קצרות וקטנות.
ארוחת בוקר דלה. ביצים רכות בלבד ולא מכינים אומלט. צוות לא אדיב. מאד מאכזב!

Für uns ein gelungener Aufenthalt....wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist extrem gut, nur wenige Minuten zur Frauenkirche (Konzert) und Grünes Gewölbe.... mit über 80Jahren sehr angenehm.
Zimmer groß und durchdacht
Frühstück sehr gut und sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Hätte mir Bademäntel gewünscht
Preis in Tiefgarage ( Hotel unabhängig) überhöht

Я очень довольна. Спасибо персоналу.
Pros:

Номера великолепны. Фото не передает всей красоты и удобства. Тихие номера с видом во двор с панорамными окнами. Это очень красиво. Тишина. Прекрасная звукоизоляция. Завтраки вкусные. Расположение самое лучшее, что можно себе представить. Близко до любой достопримечательности. Персонал дружелюбный и готовый помочь.

Pros:

Lovely hotel with location in the old town being absolutely fabulous. Took us a while to discover a lovely little room with tea and coffee making facilities which doubled as a kind of reading room. Was nice to have a space like that.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und waren rundum zufrieden! 😊 Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich groß und super ausgestattet. Auch das Personal war durchweg sehr nett und aufmerksam – da hat einfach alles gepasst.

Cons:

Wenn wir überhaupt etwas vermisst haben, dann nur den Bacon zum Rührei. Aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau. 😄
