Pros:

The location is good. The toilet is clean but the carpet is not that clean.

Cons:

We tried to request if we can extend our stay for at least an hour because my husband finished his run at 12nn but the hotel staff did not allow us. We had to check out early and look for other place where my husband can shower and change after the MUT-UTMB run. I hope they can be more considerate in this kind of situation.

Pros:

Really want to give a shout-out to the concierge and security staff. They were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with our luggage and greet us with a smile. It made us feel welcomed right from the start.

Check-in was smooth and fast, so no complaints there. The only concern was the room amenities. The hairdryer was damaged and there isnt a telephone in the room. Not a major issue, but something that could be improved. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the excellent service from the staff definitely made a difference. 😊
