Pros:

Really want to give a shout-out to the concierge and security staff. They were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with our luggage and greet us with a smile. It made us feel welcomed right from the start.

Check-in was smooth and fast, so no complaints there. The only concern was the room amenities. The hairdryer was damaged and there isnt a telephone in the room. Not a major issue, but something that could be improved. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the excellent service from the staff definitely made a difference. 😊
