Very steep and numerous stairs I was not aware of when booking. However, owner helped with my bag.

Very good option if you don't mind the size of the room.
Pros:

The location is excellent, the neighborhood is vey nice. I didn't have breakfast. The room and the bathroom were very clean!

Cons:

I don't think there is something that can be changed, it has to do with the size of the room. It was more like a ship cabin but it was cosy. It was a pity I couldn't enjoy the garden! Next time maybe!

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ideal, nur 350 m vom Hauptbahnhof Rotterdam entfernt, der als zentraler Knotenpunkt für Erkundungstouren durch die Stadt dient. Mein Zimmer war eher klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber sauber und für eine Übernachtung zweckmäßig.

Cons:

Ein Minuspunkt war jedoch, dass das Zimmer zwar über ein eigenes Bad verfügte – was ich bei der Buchung ausdrücklich gewünscht hatte –, dieses aber keine Toilette enthielt. Das Badezimmer glich eher einer etwas größeren Kabine mit Dusche und einem winzigen Waschbecken. Ältere Gäste sollten beachten, dass eine schmale, steile Treppe vom Eingang zur Rezeption im ersten Stock und weiter hinauf zu den Zimmern führt.

prima verblijf, wel iets te duur !

Prima bed en prima ligging van het hotel.

Cons:

De stank in het trappenhuis. De afmeting van de kamer, het is erg krap. We misten meer haken om iets aan opte hangen. Superkleine wastafel op de kamer, ook niet zo handig. delen van de douche wisten we vantevoren.

La atención del personal, nos ofrecieron paraguas, como vinimos antes nos dejó dejar las maletas y luego nos las subió a la habitación.

Pros:

It was a great experience to be hosted in the hotel Bienvenue; the host was very helpful, and we could enjoy the Dutch atmosphere while living there. Plus, a very convenient location, and wonderful pubs on the corner. Highly recommended!

All in all a great place
Pros:

Owner very friendly , informative and helpful . Premises old and quaint all tech worked well - Reading light , TV. Price € very good. Location quite peaceful near to riverside and walkway yet also handy for Centraal rail station. All in a great place. near to a great pub/ resto “ De Otter” to eat .

Cons:

Liked most things tho a guest was smoking one night and I could smell it it even where I was Otherwise a great stay

Great place
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Bienvenue Rotterdam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. A special thanks to the owner, Ed, who was a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. His hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rotterdam.

Pros:

Locatie is uitstekend; zeer dicht bij centraal station. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Eerlijk gezegd niets. Zelf gekozen voor een kamer met gedeeld toilet en douche. Dat is natuurlijk niet ideaal, maar je eigen keuze.

This is an absolute gem!
Pros:

Communication from Ed was absolutely superb, instantaneous, detailed and friendly. He checked in regularly to ensure everything went smoothly. The room was marvelous. About 5 minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Nous recommandons l’hôtel Bienvenue !
Pros:

L’hôtel se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très agréable au bord d’un parc et d’un canal.
Il est également très proche de plusieurs commodités ce qui facilite le séjour : gare centrale de Rotterdam, lignes de métro et de tramway, restaurants, cafés. Il est donc facile de visiter la ville soit en transports soit directement à pied depuis l’hôtel.
L’hôte Ed est vraiment très gentil et accueillant, très réactif par messages et arrangeant si besoin.
La chambre double était correcte, possédait les équipements nécessaires, lits confortables et même un jardin extérieur partagé !
