Pros:

O hotel é organizado e houve troca das toalhas de banho todos os dias (conforme descrito nas informações). O bairro é bem tranquilo e tem feiras tradicionais - roupas, eletrônicos, sapatos etc. - na praça em frente ao hotel em alguns dias da semana. O hotel era realmente bem perto da estação de trem e, mesmo não estando "no centro" de Paris, foi bem fácil nos locomover até os principais pontos turísticos. Os recepcionistas são cordiais e prontos a ajudar.

Cons:

O hotel não dispõe de ventilador nem de ar-condicionado. Considerando a intensa onda de calor que atingiu Paris durante nossa estadia, foi impossível dormir de forma confortável no quarto. Por esse motivo, tivemos que manter as janelas abertas durante a noite. No entanto, como estávamos hospedados no segundo andar e havia um bar no terraço, o barulho se estendia até tarde da noite, comprometendo significativamente a qualidade do descanso. Além disso, nos dias de feira, a montagem das barracas começava muito cedo pela manhã, gerando ruídos e movimentação que também dificultavam o sono. Dessa forma, a ausência de climatização adequada, aliada aos constantes ruídos externos, impactou negativamente nossa experiência e o conforto esperado durante a hospedagem.

Emplacement parfait par rapport au lieu de formation et au métro

Cons:

Plafond de la salle de bain avec des lames espacées où on voit le plafond décrépi donc on se demande si c salubre. Douche étroite (pas tout à fait un mètre de large)

Antes de irte de la habitación tenias que dejar la llave en recepción, no es un problema salvo que nunca había nadie en recepción.
Fuimos en plena hola de calor y estuvimos esperando mas de 30 minutos a que alguien aparecería en el hotel.
La habitación sucia, vimos bichos incluso.
El calor era horrible.

A part la proximité avec la station de métro, pas grand chose.

Cons:

Escalier exigu pour accéder à la chambre au 2° étage, chambre au-dessus du bar avec du bruit jusqu'à 23h30 (ex: conversations et scooters), nouveau bruit d'installation de la terasse du bar dès 6h, saleté (tâche marron sur le lit, interrupteurs très sales, bac à douche très petit, moisissures dans les joints, tuyau percé), moquette sale, vétusté du mobilier, lumière chevet à moitié fonctionnelle.
Je trouve abusé de payer ce tarif de 107 E pour cette prestation d'hébergement.
