Pros:

Excellent hotel in a great area of Istanbul. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There are plenty of cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby.
I would especially like to thank the owner, Muhamed. He is a very kind, helpful, and trustworthy person. He was always available, answered all my questions, and helped whenever I needed assistance.
Thanks to this level of hospitality, you feel like more than just a guest — you feel genuinely welcome. If I visit Istanbul again, I will definitely stay here.

Pros:

Wij verbleven 5 dagen in dit hotel met mijn moeder en dochter. Een zeer familievriendelijk hotel waar wij ons veilig en prettig hebben gevoeld. Alles was goed verzorgd en de sfeer was fijn en gastvrij.
Een speciaal compliment aan meneer Göksel voor zijn vriendelijkheid en uitstekende service. Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen!

Great location, kind staff, right at the heart of the city!
Pros:

The room was perfect for two, spacious bed, and the couch was comfortable. Had all the amenities I was looking for, and a mini bar so I was quite impressed, all for a good price.

Cons:

The room type that I got pretty much had most of the things I needed. I picked this place due to the area, which was excellent. Everyone can say the standard could be higher sure but for a 3 star hotel it met my expectations.

The property was pretty clean, well-maintained, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

What I didn’t like is not the property itself but its location. No subway station nearby. In terms to reach the closest one by walk, you need to walk for more than 15 mins on steep streets which turns your vacation to an exercise. I still rate the hotel with 10/10 because it worth it.

Comfortable stay, great location
Pros:

Great location for Besiktas Football Stadium. Room was quiet

Cons:

Booked a twin room, but room was laid as a double when we arrived. Had to use the sofa bed.

War sehr gut komfortabel

War alles super der rezeption war sehr aufmerksam gökhan war sein name hat mir immer parkplatz frei gehalten 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Toiletten haben gestunken abfluss sonst war alles ok und der fön müsste mal auf neueste stand ausgetauscht werden.

Overnattet var fint og flot sted.

Cons:

1 enkelt personale kunne godt blive oplæret hvordan man kommuniker i service nuviue med kunderne. Hvilket det ikke skal gå udover hotellet eller andet personale men da det kun var en jeg var utilfreds med hans kommunikation måde.
