La ubicación es muy funcional, los desayunos son buenísimos, la actitud del personal es buenísimo.

Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Nos gusta mucho quedarnos en el hotel, siempre llegamos ahí.

Cons:

Por favor incluir habitaciones adecuadas para personas con movilidad restringida. Bancos para regadera, soportes para la movilidad, sobretodo en el baño y regadera.

Pros:

No respetaron mi reserva cuando llegamos la habían vendido y el personal fue muy grocero y nos querían cobrar 2,500 por la estancia.

Lamentamos que actúen de esa forma.
Acudiremos a la Profeco para manifestar lo que nos hicieron.

Buena ubicación con estacionamiento

Esta muy bien ubicado y cuenta con estacionamiento

Cons:

Las habitaciones estan poco aisladas al ruido , el principal generador de ruido está en las sillas que tienen, son pesadas y al moverlas generan un ruido espantoso, deberían cambiarlas o colocarles algo en las patas para que no emitan ruidos al moverlas.
Este ruido si o si te despierta a la hora que muevan una silla y es muy molesto..
Al aparecer cambiaron personal, “muy apático”.
