Cons:

Já fiquei várias vezes no Nuvo, porém dessa vez foi bem abaixo das espectativas...Banheiros mal projetados, quando se tomava banho , molhava o banheiro todo, o piso do box fica no mesmo nível do piso do restante do banheiro...aí já viu né...
Alguns funcionários da recepção muito mal treinados...as vezes até grosseiros...

Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels, die wir 3 - 4 x / Jahr in den USA besuchen, leider enttäuschend!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war in Ordnung. Der Pool im Außenbereich war sogar ausgezeichnet. Sowohl in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit als auch auf die Qualität und die Größe. Der Valet-Service hat gut funktioniert. Das Personal war zuvorkommend, freundlich und kompetent.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar und qualitativ unterdurchschnittlich. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht sauber und das dritte Bett (ein Sofa) war nicht vorbereitet. Wir mussten es selbst ausklappen und beziehen. Die Polster waren alle steinhart. Es war unmöglich, darauf adäquaten Schlafkomfort zu finden.
Die Dusche war aufgrund des miserablen Wasserstrahls so gut wie nicht verwendbar. Der Lärm aus dem Gangbereich war die ganze Nacht über unerträglich. Verantwortlich dafür waren vor allem Gäste, die nachts ankamen, sowie laut schreiende Kinder, die den Korridor vor den Gästezimmern als Spielplatz umfunktioniert hatten. Ich hatte erwartet, dass zumindest gelegentlich ein Wachdienst für Ruhe und Ordnung in den Gängen sorgen würde. Leider weit gefehlt.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst unfreundlich. Vor allem beim Check-out. Wir wurden nicht verabschiedet und es wurde kein Wort des Dankes erwähnt.

This was a great location and space for our one night stay before our cruise.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. The bedroom was separate from the main area where the sofa bed was, allowing for privacy for my husband and I. The sofa bed was big enough to accommodate our son and 9-year old grandson comfortably. I didn’t participate in breakfast, but my husband said it was pretty good.

Although we didn’t make full use of it, I also liked the full kitchen with the stove and refrigerator. The property itself was inviting with vibrant decorations in the lobby and the walkway over to our room.

Cons:

I didn’t like was that our room’s view was facing a wall, but we got there late at night and left early in the morning so it really was no big deal. It was also a minor inconvenience that the reservation was for 3, but there were not enough bath linen to accommodate our party.

Hospedagem que surpreende
Pros:

A piscina , a limpeza dos quartos , facilidade para estacionar .O café da manhã agrada muito aos latinos pois tem variedade de proteínas , molhos , saladas e outras coisas .O quarto é confortável o chuveiro muito bom

Extraordinaria, muy cómodo, bien atendido y el personal es realmente excelente.
Pros:

Lo mejor del lugar es la ubicación, la atención de su personal y el servicio en general. El desayuno si bien es cierto es un poco simple, es adecuado para el lugar. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, solo les falta una mesa para poder utilizarla al momento de comer algo en la habitación.

Cons:

La secadora de la habitación estaba un poco deteriorada, necesitan renovar algunos elementos de las habitaciones y ese es un elemento importante.

Property is big but shared with Residents Section.

Cons:

Valet Parking. Japanese restaurant which is practically empty most of the time took a lot of the front property. One elevator was working for a fully booked hotel.
