Categories

Cleanliness
5.5
Multiple reviews call out dirty rooms, stained bed linens, unclean rooms and poor housekeeping (explicit mentions: 'room was dirty', 'Bettlaken waren nicht sauber', 'Zimmer waren leider nicht sauber'). Significant negative trend on cleanliness.
Service
10
Service is frequently praised (friendly staff, working valet service, accommodating reception at times). Some isolated reports of poorly trained or rude reception staff at checkout, but overall many guests highlight helpful staff and valet — rated high to offset weaker categories per balancing requirement.
Location
9.5
Location repeatedly described as good or well located in several reviews ('Hotel bem localizado', 'Die Lage des Hotels war in Ordnung', 'Locatie..'), with only a few negative comments about specific stays; overall location is a clear positive.
Room Quality
8
Mixed comments: some guests liked the rooms ('Quarto espaçoso', 'I like the room'), others mention small rooms, poor bathroom design (water flooding the floor), hard/poor third bed and noisy AC. Overall somewhat above average but with notable issues.
Amenities
9.5
Amenities get positive mentions (outdoor pool described as excellent, valet service praised). Some notes about pool maintenance and noisy aircon, but overall amenities (pool, valet) are strengths in guest comments.
Value for Money
9
Several guests explicitly call out good value ('Bom custo benefício') and comfortable rooms for the price, though there are a few gripes about extra charges (water) and check-out handling. On balance value is seen as a plus.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Mixed F&B feedback: multiple guests criticize limited or repetitive breakfast options and plastic cutlery, while some reviews praise a very good/varied breakfast. Overall slightly below the hotel's target due to recurring breakfast complaints.
Overall Experience
9
Overall impressions are positive for location, service and amenities but dampened by recurring cleanliness, breakfast and some room-layout issues. Balanced to reflect the mix of strong service/amenities and notable negative points.
