Pros:

Sorry for very late review.
We reserved deluxe queen bed. Room can accommodates 2 big large hard case luggages. Was able to leave the luggages open. No breakfast was served but have access to private kitchen & private laundry.

Pony is very friendly, helpful, patient, accommodating, & understanding. Had to do late check in due to delayed flight. Also allowed us to do late check out to finish what we need to do at Myeondong.

From Dongmyo Station, it's 15minutes away by uber. Place is clean, safe & quiet.

Cons:

Hand shower - If it can be adjusted so its pointed near the sink.

Appartamentino con troppa oggettistica per renderlo particolare che forse non era necessaria. Ad esempio:, avere un'altalena in 45 mq forse... Anche meno. Bagno piccolo con doccia inclusa.

Pros:

A private suite with everything one can need. Not luxurious but very cozy , feels like home.
It’s very spacious for Seoul where most of the hotels are so small that you can’t even open your suitcase inside. You have a microwave, fridge, water boiler
, hairdryer, hair iron, AC and even a fan.
The location is very good. You have a metro station that you can reach by foot. 10 minutes. Bus stop is only a few steps away.
Very nearby (3 minutes walk) , you have convenient stores and small local restaurants with Korean food for a very cheap price. You even have a pharmacy right down.
The cherry on top is the host. She’s the sweetest.
Just send her a message if you need anything and she’ll be there for you.
The check in instructions are also very clear and well explained.

Very happy and satisfied
Pros:

Landlady Ponny was incredibly kind—our flight landed 7:30 in the morning and she let us check in early without any extra charges. I mean you rarely find such generosity anywhere else; we are truly grateful. The room was spotless and clearly prepared with great care, with thoughtful attention to every detail. It had recently been renovated, and we were even upgraded to a better room. Our whole family had a wonderful stay. This was our fourth visit, and we will definitely be back again.

Pros:

Before booking, I noticed that this property had an exceptionally high satisfaction rating and many glowing reviews. I was curious about why guests rated it so highly, and now I completely understand.

We booked a 6-person room for our family trip to Seoul. We arrived very early in the morning, around 7:00 AM, and Pony was incredibly responsive even during the wee hours. When she saw that we had already arrived at the property, she promptly prepared our room and allowed us to check in much earlier than the standard check-in time, free of charge. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture meant so much to us.

Throughout our stay, she provided a large bottle of water for each guest every day, which was a very nice touch. She also went above and beyond by helping us arrange food delivery whenever we needed assistance.

Another example of her outstanding hospitality was when my sister unexpectedly decided to join us for one night. I reached out to Pony regarding the situation, and she was very accommodating and helpful in finding a solution.

What impressed us most was her genuine care for her guests. On the day of our departure, she asked about our next destination, helped us with navigation, and even arranged for her father to drive us to the nearest metro station. This was an incredible help because our family was traveling with 10 pieces of luggage.

The property location was also excellent as it is close to bus and metro station. Walking distance to convenience stores. The room was great, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality and kindness shown by Pony and her family. They went far beyond what we expected from a host and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Seoul, and I would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you, Pony and family, for making our trip so memorable! ❤️

konumu güzel 1 otobüs veyahut 1 metroyla merkezi yerlere ulaşabiliyorsunuz hemen yanında büyük bir süpermarket var ihtiyaçlarınızı alabilirsiniz restaurantlarada yakın.

Нам все очень понравилось. В апартаментах чисто и удобно. Каждый день уборка. Апартаменты удобно расположены. В них есть все необходимое для жизни. Хозяйка Понни все время на связи и готова помочь. Разрешила нам поздний выезд без оплаты и заказала для нас трансфер до вокзала.

オーナーがとにかく返信が早く親切で、サイコーです！
Pros:

広くて立地がよく、オーナーが親切！ベッドカバーがかわいくて女子3人テンション上がりました！
ドライヤーの他、コテや変換器プラグまであり、大変助かりました。東大門で夜中まで買い物しても歩いて帰れました。スーパー、チムジルバン、海鮮市場、コンビニも歩いてすぐでした。
