We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff for their quick replies. Great location!
Pros:

Loved the staff - very responsive. Loved the location to the bus station and metro. They gave us free water bottles. There was an emart, CU, and GS25 very close by. Also a Paris baguette!!!

Cons:

We bought roaches crawling around. Didn’t like how the shower/toilet/washing machine was in the same room. Some beds were comfortable and some were not.

Comfortable stay in a well-connected area
Pros:

Ponny was a great host from the start! Communication was always clear and the check-in process was very easy to follow. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable ☺️ The location was great, we appreciated that the building was not in a busy area but still surrounded by a lively community (the market nearby was really cool!) and overall very well connected with other areas, especially by bus!

We're very thankful to Ponny for welcoming us and we surely will come back next time we visit Seoul!

Pros:

위치가 정말 좋았어요. 이마트, 식당, 미용실외 대중교통이용이 꽤 편리했다. 간단한 음식을 만들 수 있고, 세탁기, 깨끗하고 보송한 수건, 꽤 큰 냉장고, 시원하고 깨끗했던 시설. 카톡으로 실시간 숙소 주인분과 연락이 되고 불편한 점을 정말 빠르게 해결해 주셨다.

暮らすように滞在できる広々としたお部屋です
Pros:

予約日を間違えて訪れたにも関わらず、そのままの条件で空いている部屋を利用させていただけました。チェックインできず困っている所に声をかけて対応してくれたスタッフもとても親切でした。部屋は広く、洗剤・食器・タオル・家電など全て揃っていて家族で暮らすように過ごすこともできそうです。ほんとに広々しているので大人数で過ごしたら楽しそうです。

Cons:

トイレとシャワーが一緒にあるところ。トイレでペーパーが流せないところ。それらをわかって利用しているので韓国式が体験できたということで良くなかったとは思いません。シャワーカーテンで水ハネを止められるとさらに快適かと思います。

최고의 스탭의 친절함!!!
Pros:

직원의 친절함과 정성이 다른 모든 단점을 까먹을 만하게 너무 좋았어요. 아기자기 이쁘게 잘 꾸며져있었요.

Cons:

일단 건물자체가 오래된 건물이 가지고있는 단점들이 있었어요. 너무 작은 화장실이라던가. 윗층에서 물쓰는 소리가 들렸어요. 비가오는 날이있었다해도 에어컨을 돌리는중에도 약간의 쿱쿱함이있었어요.

Pros:

A really nice big space for a family, much bigger than anywhere else we stayed in Seoul. Lots of conveniences to may the stay easy like power adapters, kitchen utensils.

Cons:

A strong, unpleasant smell upon arrival, which was hard to get rid of. It may have been cleaning products. Also, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived despite giving many hours advanced warning of when we’d be there (this was hard to manage with small, tired kids). Our kids also got bitten by mosquitos in the room during the stay (yes they were definitely in the room, because we killed a couple of them ourselves).
