The location and service from the staff

Cons:

Your covered parking is very limited. During one of my stays, I saw an available covered parking space but was not allowed to use it because it was reserved for staff, even though I was travelling with a pregnant woman. I understand the security guard was only following instructions, so this is not his fault.

My concern is with the management’s priorities. Paying guests should not be asked to park in a distant or abandoned-looking area while reserved covered parking sits empty. I hope the management, including the GM and senior team, experiences parking where guests are directed so they can better understand the inconvenience their customers face.

Please reconsider your parking policy and prioritize your guests comfort and safety.

La piscine a débordement avec la vue

Cons:

J'ai réservé pour 3 personnes, accessoires pour 2 , pour la 3eme personnes cetait en extra (payant) serviettes de bain et coussins. Les coussins étaient trop epais pour dormir. La clim etait glacé, impossible de régler la température.
Pas de laverie, tout etait payant, exemple un pyjama cetait 16 rm 😳. Les photos de l'hôtel datant, car l'hôtel est vieillissant, en perte de tourisme a mon avis. Musique le soir jusqu'à 00h donc impossible de dormir avant avec les enfants. Impossible de fumer dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel faut sortir pour en cramé une lol.
Je ne recommande pas cette hotel soit disant 4 étoiles, ce nest pas a la hauteur de la prestation attendu.

Good stay in a modern hotel.
Pros:

Location was good, walking distance from railway station.
Room size good, plenty of space for luggage.
Excellent eco measures, water machine in hallway, supplying cold and hot water.

Cons:

No hand towel for basin, or room to hang one.
Empty breakfast platters slow to be refilled.
