Apart from the checkin incident I think it’s fairly a comfortable place to stay, just to note that the wall is slightly

Accessible to all tourist spot in Ipoh old town, cold air conditioning. Staff are friendly

Cons:

Printer was not functioning during checkin, no queue guidance, a lady just cut the queue and straight to the counter while me and another lady waiting our turn, waited approximately 10min -15min for checkin since the lady jump queue

Cons:

Very fussy about giving us towels. We had 4 in our room and we constantly gt two new towels. On the last day, they refused to give us any towels. A shame as it was a great hotel otherwise.

Limited parking spaces which hampered our plans. You have to be parked elsewhere and rely on a hotel van.
There were only 2 power outlets, with a non-working one, which effectively left us with one.

Only guard very helpful and receptionist also friendly.and dlso driver very friendly.

Limited parking. Parking location very far.
Shuttle van breakdown/ not available. Need walk to carpark very far.
Registration not inconvinience location at level 12..usually at Ground floor .
No receptionist to attend guess at ground floor.
Only guard.
Not recommended to come here.
