Great location for exploring Old Town. The guards on the lobby door are the most friendly and welcoming staff we encounter on our trip, they are a credit to the hotel. Beautiful view from the 12th floor dining area.
Rooms weren’t sound proof. All night you hear people talking or dragging the chairs around in the room. They really need to add some scuff pads to the bottoms of the chairs to reduce noise disturbances.
Nothing good as the bad experience more than negate anything good
Staff and security. Male housekeeping staff opened our room door and walked right in without knocking or ringing the door bell while my wife was changing. When my wife shouted in surprise, the staff just mutter an apology and slowly backed out of the room while staring at my wife. We complained to the receptionist during checkout and she confirmed that based on our description of the male staff uniform, he is part of the hotel housekeeping crew. Receptionist then just apologize and try to change subject by asking us how was the condition of the room. Room door does not have a security latch and anyone with master key card can just walk right in.
Loved the lobby staff opening the door for me with a smile every time.
Enjoyed the location - central to what I was doing. Grateful that the hotel was on the river and a high rise. Helped when I was lost - which was frequent.

My room was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. There was cold and hot water machine dispenser available on my floor.
Close to both Indian and Asian style food.

The sheet’s smells a bit off, parking is limitted, room is a bit small, bed is small and a bit high not really babies friendly
The room is compact but clean and comfortable for the price. No issues on the lobby / reception which is on Level 12, it is well maintained.
The carpark situation is atrocious. They have terrible parking facilities and you are expected to park at an isolated building which about 150m away from the hotel. There is a hotel shuttle to transport you back and forth but certain hours only. It is not practical to have a hotel with such poor parking facilities.

Good location, easy access to many places especially the place I want to go to. Restaurant and banks are just nearby
Parking space is the headache thing there
The lobby and the restaurant is on the last floor with spectacular views. Our room was very clean and had nice view of the river and surrounding greenery. Staff were super kind and helpful.
Breakfast could have more options

2nd time stay...this time my washing basin got stuck, had to call the facilities guy to come fix it.
Good thing the guy came quite fast.. and managed to resolve the problem.
I feel like if U stay for 1 day the room facilities are not that great. The boiler is plastic and the room seems smaller.
Before this, we stayed for 3 night though the room also have some fault (toilet bowl cannot flush), the room seeem slighlt bigger and the boiler is stainless steel 😆😆
Clean and cosy environment. Location is about 10 min walk to the old town. Breakfast has a wide variety of choices. Their furnishing feels Scandinavian style.
