Pros:

Staff & guards so helpful and cheerful. Hotel nearby the attraction places. Easy access also. Once the basement parking full, you can park at the open space as the staff recommended and got shuttle so no worries if u have to park outside.

Cons:

The toilet doesn’t smell very fresh and air conditioner is not very cold even though it’s set to 16°C but i still can sleep peacefully.

Hand towel for the bathroom was not provided. But the staff was obliging enough to provide an extra bath towel as the hotel does not have hand towels.

Pros:

La struttura è in una buona posizione, le camera hanno un arredamento essenziale moderno con una bella vista aperta sul fiume; è compreso un servizio di acqua potabile ai piani e un piccolo market al piano terra; buona colazione all'ultimo piano della struttura con una bellissima vista sulla città

la camera e il bagno erano molto piccoli; la reception all'ultimo piano dove non sono presenti camere è disagevole per i servizi di check-in e check-out, considerando che ci sono solo due ascensori...

Great stay but our last day from breakfast - checkout spoilt by that one staff. Should I stay again?
Pros:

Room cleanliness
Counter staff were pleasant
Dining staff were good too
Guards on duty were helpful too

Cons:

Parking was BAD. First time in 7 years I think I broke my car while parking on the iron rod. Too high.

Aircond was not cold at all even at 16 deg and HH fan.

One staff...no tudung, with specs (indian something mix maybe)- she didnt even care when we entered for dining. We have already informed another staff by the counter which is our room number. Our was triplet room, obviously breakfast for 3 people. There was no smile on her. After a while she walked to our table with suspicious look, is your room number this? (which is not). What is your purpose of asking a customer WHILE WE ARE EATING?

After checkout, we let our mom to wait at the lobby while I go get my car and also keep our luggages all together so that we dont wait long on the road as the hotel entrance is at a very dangerous corner. The lift which connects to the B level and G level is a dumb dumb lift. Once we got into the lift to go down, the lift just went up. At some level a staff came in, we told her we are trying to get to the basement but somehow the lift just came up. Staff said yeah its normal. Then went up again to another floor, this time the bad face staff came in. The previous staff got out on another floor. So this one got out later, after few steps, before the door closes, asked me if Im going G floor, I said yeah. I mean where else should I go. This idiotic lift brought me upper floors wasted my time. The only face I didnt want to see again I had to see again, feels like whole series of unfortunate events unlocked by seeing her again. She cannot talk to a customer like that. I may look like a beggar but doesnt mean I have to show how much money I have. Its holiday of coz I am in my comfy dress and slippers. Im going to drive for 2.5 hrs!!!!!!!!!!

Pros:

Hotel has limited parking in basement. However, there is parking further away with shuttle provided by the hotel to the hotel.
Otherwise, there is public parking at the shops behind the hotel which is a short walk away.

Pros:

Location - walking distance to Ipoh Old Town. Very reasonable rates. Staff super helpful and friendly

Cons:

Shower pressure a bit slow. Air conditioning not strong enough but could be due to exceptionally hot weather.

The room is nice but the breakfast was lousy & spoiled the mood of coming back.
Pros:

The room was too good, its new and clean. The bed was comfort. Feel like want to come back once check in.

Cons:

Usually when we book hotel with certain amount we will expect some good quality of food the be serve but this hotel really disappointing. The breakfast was too limited, not much choice's. Nasi lemak & sambal was lousy as well as other foods. Not worth for the money. Totally spoiled the mood and will not plan to come back again.

7 Eleven at the lobby.

Cons:

Parking limited, if u are late then u have to park behind other building , 2 mins wakling distance.
Towel and pillow toooo old. New towel and pillow is required.
