Bạn lễ tân nữ ca sáng (hình như tên là An ạ) rất đáng mến, bạn giúp mình cầm đồ ăn grab lên tới phòng, làm mình khá bất ngờ ạ, mình tính để tạm đó rồi chút xuống lấy mà bạn mang lên giúp mình luôn. Khi chú bảo vệ bận, bạn xách luôn giúp mình chiếc valy khá nặng xuống cầu thang bộ. Thật sự cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều vì đã hỗ trợ nhiệt tình và tận tâm như vậy ạ ❤️
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it is conveniently close to the airport.
The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thanks to Miss Ann at the reception for her outstanding service and kindness.
I hope to visit again in the future.
Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Oke nha
Very good

Hard bed
We accidentally left our flight tickets in the room and only realized it after arriving at the airport. By then, we no longer had enough time to return to the hotel to collect them.
We called the hotel, and one of your staff members kindly went back to our room to look for the tickets. She found them, took photos, and sent them to us immediately. Her kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help truly saved us.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to her. We are very grateful for her outstanding service and professionalism.
For reference, we were the family of three (father, mother, and one child) who checked in on the night of 3 August and checked out in the early morning of 4 August.
Thank you once again for making our trip a little less stressful. We truly appreciate your excellent hospitality.
