Nice onsen, but absolutely everything else was so disappointing! Won’t be back!
Pros:

The onsen facility was very nice.

Cons:

Despite the hotel having a parking garage immediately next to the hotel, we were told to park a block from the hotel, & had to walk in the rain with our suitcases to the entrance. Then, when we arrived (& every time we went in the reception), the lobby smelled strange, smokey… due to the smoking room, which was very unpleasant! The bedroom floor was carpeted & yet was strangely sticky & dirty, so we had to wear slippers the entire time! Then our view on the 7th or 8th floor, was of the parking garage! Which again was very disappointing! The bed was ok, but the pillows were very hard, & even though I asked to change them for softer pillows, they too were not very comfortable either (still quite hard). Also, every morning, my wife wanted to get ready, & put her makeup on, however, the only mirror was the sink mirror, but the seat was so low, it made it very inconvenient. Next, I know we’re in Japan, but the breakfast buffet, which we were told had western options, had no cereal, no salad, only a couple of western items, & literally two different types of bread, & considering the breakfast was 2,000 yen, it was not definitively not worth it, a real let down! Lastly, we had the free ramen, & to be honest, once we ate it, we thought once is enough! The hotel was nothing special! We won’t be staying there again! Save your money, & stay somewhere else!
