Pros:

Персонал идёт навстречу: по первой же просьбе нам предоставили чайник в номер. СПА зона была большим плюсом.

Cons:

Номер оказался очень маленьким. Также в нем отсутствовал холодильник, что было крайне неудобно.
Из-за малого количества постояльцев шведский стол не накрывали, завтрак подавали строго по меню, поэтому выбор блюд был сильно ограничен.

Hotel pôsobí príjemným dojmom a je vo veľmi peknom pristredí s výhľadom na Chopok. Personál bol veľmi milý a ústretový, cítila som sa tam dobre. Určite sa tam v budúcnosti vrátim.

Páčilo sa nám celé ubytovanie v hoteli, obsluha a na recepcii boli všetci milý , usmiaty proste sme sa cítili úžasne.A raňajky boli veľmi chutné a veľký výber a to krásne prostredie super👍🥰 určite sa ešte vrátime🥰

Cons:

1. There was no airconditiom in the room. It was really needed in the hot summer of this year 2. Inconsistent quality of food in the hotel restaurant - some absolutely great and some really bad 3. whem you want to eat outside on the terrace, smokers "improve" air and the taste of tour food. Nowadays, in hotels of this level, a separate smoking area is something I would expect

Výnimočná lokalita, krásna príroda, hotel čistý a útulný, personál ústretový, super animátorky ktoré deti zabávali

Cons:

Dalo by sa zlepšiť stravovanie, raňajky boli v pohode ale ostatné jedlo veľmi malé porcie za tú cenu a nie vždy v dobrej kvalite
