Will not return. Will chose to stay elsewhere!
Pros:

The breakfast was well done and staff were pleasant and helpful. Best staff we dealt with!

Cons:

Pool and hot tub not in good operating condition. No mention of this by staff on check in. Beds ++ uncomfortable.
Seemed like an inconvenience that we were checking in. Interrupted staff from personal phone time.

Guess they didn't want our business
Cons:

We didn't end up staying there. The Staff were unaccomodating and rude. We requested an early check-in because of the 8 hour drive and the function we were attending started at 1pm. We reserved the room with this request May 4th; we were to check in on May 23rd. No effort was made by staff to ensure there would be two rooms available. Check out is at noon, so there would have been time for them to have two rooms ready for us. But all we got is that they were fully booked the night before and that day ???? Will never go back . The last time everything was fine and we've stayed there many times before, but the last time there were ants running around on the breakfast buffet station; staff walked by and noticed too, but they kept the buffet open as I watched customers reluctantly fill their plates.
