Ho adorato tutto.
I like the friendliness of the front desk staff, the organic amenities, and the location. I also like the blackout shade.
The black tea and English breakfast tea quality is not great.

Todo PERFECTO
The location of the hotel was excellent. It was very close to several train stations and restaurants, and the area felt safe and pleasant. Compared to busier areas like Shibuya or Shinjuku, the neighborhood was relatively quiet, which I really appreciated.
One thing I really liked was the complimentary drinks available at the hotel, including coffee, tea, matcha, and alcoholic beverages from 5 PM to 9 PM. It was definitely a nice perk.
Another feature I loved was the option to choose from different types of pillows with varying comfort levels, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
This was the most expensive hotel I stayed at during my trip, yet unfortunately it was also my least favorite in terms of design and overall value for money.
The hotel seems to aim for a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere with pleasant music and scents throughout the property. However, as an interior designer, I found the design disappointing. The overall aesthetic felt outdated, and even details such as the entrance carpet were not appealing. There were also several practical design issues in the room, including a lack of convenient hanging space, poorly placed power outlets, and a trash bin that awkwardly protruded from the desk area. Small details like these negatively affected the overall guest experience.
My biggest disappointment was the onsen. There is only one onsen shared between men and women, with access divided by specific hours. This meant I couldn't use it whenever I wanted. During my stay, I had planned to enjoy the onsen daily, but due to the limited schedule I was only able to use it twice in four nights. Considering the price of the hotel, this significantly reduced the value I felt I received.
