Pros:

Clean comfy bed
Breakfast was good choice

Cons:

Hot water ran for a few minutes then went cold,, full bath wasted.
Tv was a joke, had about 7 channels

Very good, but I would request a room nearer the main building next time.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely breakfast, cooked to perfection.

Location was perfect for us to explore Loch Lomond & the Trossachs and within easy reach of motorways.

Cons:

Weak WiFi in our room (31).

Ended up using my phone as a hotspot for the smart TV.

A good value stop over location when travelling to the highlands
Pros:

Location (we were on our way back from Skye to Lancashire so this was just over half way and located on the A82), very helpful and friendly staff, good restaurant on the premises.

Cons:

A little rundown, bedrooms & bathrooms could do with a refurb but it was clean.

Great location, friendly staff, plenty of parking, great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Slept well. Ideal stop on our way home from Scotland.
Friendly reception on checking in and out.

Cons:

The Mira shower control in the bathroom was very hard to twist on. Breakfast had many choices though I’m not sure the egg bread was made with rustic bread as described on the menu. It looked more like white sliced bread was used.

On average very good just bathroom not very clean although didn’t mention it to staff as too tired and left at 7am
