Le personnel à l’écoute, professionnelle avec de très bonnes, recommandations de lieux à visiter. L’ambiance très agréable, la proposition d’activité et d’animation directement dans l’établissement qui est fortement appréciable. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont très bons.
Il y avait des guêpes. Pas de piqûres durant notre séjour, mais nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse.
Le personnel est très sympa, le restaurant est très bon, la déco en général.
Les moins: odeur d'humidité dans la chambre.
Salle de sport: toutes les machines sont hors service.
Au spa le personnel est gentil mais si on réserve par exemple le samedi apres midi pour un soin, les cabines sont justes sous l'espace piscine et c'est assez bruyant. La masseuse est top, seul petit bémol pour le soin maido (gommage et modelage) il faut une fois le gommage effectué passer en serviette à l'accueil devant tout le monde pour aller à la cabine de douche pour se rincer... Ça casse un peu la magie du moment bien être.
Globalement c'était un bon weekend avec un bon rapport qualité prix mais l'établissement vieillit et ça se ressent.
Très bon séjour ! L'accueil était chaleureux, le personnel du bar très agréable et le buffet excellent. Hôtel propre, personnel poli et accueillant. Rien à redire ! 🔥🌴
La piscine n’était pas chauffée. Or c’était mentionné que si.
L'espace côté nuit et petite varangue dehors.
J'ai retrouvé des cheveux sur le lavabo ça m'a un peu rebuter.
