with the exception to of a black front desk worker (male) and the housekeeper for my room, I find the staff very unpleasant. customer service is poor for such a nice place. one worker came across racial. overall poor poor customer service and if i decide not to stay here again, this would be the reason. i was very uncomfortable speaking to staff.

It was close to my business and the pillow was ok.
The room was dirty and it smelled like body odor/onions. The vanity area had hair and debris all over it. The furniture was really old and torn up. I asked to be moved but there were no rooms available so the front desk agent said they'd put in a request for a deep cleaning and to comp a night. As I was leaving there was no firm answer on if they were able to comp the night they suggested. Then I got the invoice and there was no comp at all.

It was a pre-conference stay and offered my team a great stay close to Dolphin Mall. Rooms were large and offered a decent free breakfast. Gym was surprisingly well equipped for the price point of the hotel..

Comunicara conmigo. Todavía espero. Les importo un bledo!. 6- el desayuno está bien pero no vi un pedazo de queso fiambre o tocino en 6 días que estuve. También deteriorándose!!!!
