We liked the pool and the area behind the pole that goes to the water.
We didn’t like that there was no AC in the hallway and it was so hot and humid. We didn’t like that the ice machine had a sign on it that it was broken and my husband had to keep going down to a different floor to get ice .it was especially difficult because he had a knee replacement surgery couple of weeks earlier. We didn’t like that they changed our keys in the middle of our stay and we had to go down to the front desk to get new keys because we were locked out. We saw on Google reviews other people are complaining about no AC in the hallway back in August so obviously they still haven’t gotten the problem fixed in all these months.
El hotel superó mis expectativas. Todo estaba muy limpio, organizado y bien cuidado. La habitación era cómoda y agradable, y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estadía. El ambiente es tranquilo y perfecto para descansar y disfrutar. Definitivamente fue una muy buena elección y volvería a hospedarme aquí sin pensarlo. ¡100% recomendado! 🥰
The location is great - right on the beach front.
The air conditioning unit in the room was broken incredibly noisy! The first room we swapped as the noise was unbearable. The second room a little better but at night the noise was very difficult to sleep through. The design is clearly a problem.

The $20 daily parking fee seems excessive and unnecessary. There is plenty of parking available, with many empty spaces, and no staff monitoring or providing any additional security for the vehicles. Essentially, guests are paying $20 per day simply to park their cars. In addition, the $35 daily resort fee makes the total cost unreasonable. Over a five-day stay, these charges add up to an extra $275, which feels excessive and unjustified.

Buenas piscinas, buena habitación y con muchas actividades. Muy bien ubicado.
El parking no está incluido (y son 20$ más tasas) y no puedes aparcar fuera. No tiene acceso a playa. El desayuno que se supone que está incluido, solo cubre 12,5$ por persona (incluyendo tasas y propina) con eso no puedes desayunar, además la persona que atiende en el desayuno (Carlene) muy desagradable con según que personas. Vigilar con lo que te cobran/retienen, pues yo he pagado más de 200$ que me dicen que me devolverán, pero aún sigo esperando.
