Windsor ( das Schloss!!!) und Eton sind eine Reise wert. Das Royal Adeleide besitzt einen eleganten Charme.
Pros:

Value for money but not up to 4 star.
Pros:

Nothing above what I would expect. Check in was straightforward, keys worked, room was ready and as described.

Nothing fundamentally wrong with it but expectations are raised too high by claiming 4 stars

Cons:

This is not the quality I would expect from a 4 star hotel. No lift, just a set of small windy stairs. Navigation through other rooms to get to the stairs. Entrance to the car park did not work. Breakfast was very miserly. Nothing was the fault of the staff just the setup they had to work in

Good location, friendly staff, well appointed rooms.
Pros:

Very friendly staff at check in and in the restaurant. Room was well appointed, comfortable and air conditioned which was especially appreciated as Windsor and the southern part of England in general was in the midst of a rare heatwave. On site parking is a plus and our receptionist Emily graciously allowed us to leave the car parked at the hotel whilst we visited Windsor Castle on the day we checked out.

Cons:

Hotel met our expectations.

Perfect Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is a very quaint English place. It is an old converted Royal home and is as charming as it gets. The breakfast was excellent, the room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the bar and restaurant were very fun. It is well located being steps to the Long Walk. It took us about 12 minutes to walk to Windsor. Castle. It is also very close to lots of pubs and shops. It is just outside downtown so it is pretty quiet.

Cons:

The only negative I have is the fact that there is no elevator. The staff helped.us upstairs with our luggage which was very nice of them. I also wished there were charging ports in the room. We had brought a power converter with us but it did not work for some reason but the hotel was able to lend us one so we could charge our devices.

We would definitely stay there in the future. Windsor is a gorgeous part of London.
Pros:

Our room was on the first floor and was enormous and so was the bathroom with a separate walk in shower and free standing tub. The water pressure in the shower was exceptional. Once the front desk made some adjustments to the HVAC, our air con was brilliant. Several of the individuals at the front desk were helpful giving me recommendations on where to find flowers. The breakfast was delicious - everyone in our family was pleased and Sarah and her colleague were so sweet and provided top notch service each morning.

Cons:

The facility is a bit tired and could use some refreshing. The wood around the windows was chippy and could use painting, the stuffing in our chairs in the room was sad.

A pleasant stay, perfect location but a few things tainted our stay as mentioned already.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and the staff very polite and helpful throughout the hotel.

Cons:

The rooms weren't soundproof at all and the noise really travelled from the next room disturbing our sleep. The air con needs servicing as it was very noisy and the direction of the air flow could not be altered resulting in cold air directed straight to our bed.
