Please note that this hotel does not have an elevator. Guests requiring a room on a low floor can use the Special Request Box when booking.

Car Parking is limited and ONLY available when pre-booked in advance of your stay. A daily charge will be applicable.

We really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The location was good. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, great ingredients cooked well. Bed was very comfortable!

Cons:

We were disappointed that we were not able to park in the car park on arrival in Windsor (before check in time) because we had to pay £30 to park in the town centre on top of the £20 hotel parking fee. Car parking spaces are also small.

Good hotel for a short stay
Pros:

The air con was good. The staff were pleasant. The location was near to town and the park.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better .
More choice needed for the buffet breakfast . And better quality food.woukd have been nice.
Especially the bread was very poor and the coffee I couldn't drink.
But overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Pros:

Nice cooked and served breakfast. A good big size bed.

Cons:

No parking possible. It was full.
The room size did not seem to match the description. But the room was comfortable.Great and big bed.Large bathroom.

Excellent choice for stay in Windsor.
Pros:

Fantastic place to stay. Windsor Castle and the Long Walk are right down the street. Staff and full breakfast included was a bonus.

Pros:

Staff were all friendly and proffessional.Location .Restraunt and bar were good.Clean room.

Cons:

Stairs,we were on 2nd floor no lifts.Step up to bathroom,also bath was very deep to step into for shower.Toilet very close facing bath,would be hard for anyone tall.

Nice, basic hotel with friendly, helpful staff in a very good location.
Pros:

Stairs scruffy/dirty and bedroom curtains hanging off the rail.
