Como en casa
Pros:

Personal muy simpático. Limpio y bueno ubicación. Ofrecen actividades a muy buen precio, con posibilidad de reservar de un día para otro.

Cons:

El wifi no acababa de funcionar bien. Y habia una pequeña fuga de agua en el baño (no nos molesto en ningún momento)

Good location and friendly staff but needs a lot of upgrading
Pros:

The location was really good for us. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, air con worked and the shower worked fine too. Tea and coffee facilities are downstairs in a shared lobby which was nice. The lady running the excursions is especially lovely.

Cons:

When we checked into our room a large area of the bathroom ceiling was covered in black mould and had a foisty smell. We communicated this to front of house staff who listened considerately and moved us to another room. We understand that the price will reflect the hotel quality however we have stayed in other budget hotels in chiang mai for the same price which were much cleaner and well looked after. As other reviews have said the whole place needs renovating. In our new room there was no visible mould but the bathroom floor basically floods when you’re in the shower.

Ik ben zeer vriendelijk geholpen en het huis is waar voor zijn geld. Populaire bij backpackers.
Pros:

Er is geen ontbijt voor deze lage prijs. Het hotel is waar voor zijn geld. En de locatie is midden in het centrum. Dus alles op loopafstand. Geen extra kosten voor Electra. Koelkast en airco op de kamer zijn goed maar maken herrie. Daar moet tegen kunnen of gewoon uitzetten.

Very disappointing stay – multiple issues throughout

Unfortunately, my stay here was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel.

When I arrived, I was told that they would not accept card payment, despite this not being clearly stated anywhere when I made the booking. I had no cash on me at the time, so I was told I could not check in until I had paid in cash. It was pouring with rain, and I had to walk to an ATM to get money, leaving me completely drenched. I also found the staff unwilling to accommodate an early check-in under any circumstances.

There were also several problems with the room and facilities. The WiFi did not work, the shower had extremely poor water pressure, and the TV did not work, which staff were unable to fix. In my brother’s room, the air conditioning was leaking and eventually damaged the TV because the water was dripping directly onto it.

Another major issue was with my booking. I accidentally booked 14 nights instead of 7. I contacted the hotel immediately after making the booking, before I had even checked in, to explain the mistake. However, when I arrived, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights and told me to contact support. I contacted support as instructed, but they also refused to provide a refund, meaning I ended up paying for accommodation that I was not even staying in.

Housekeeping was another disappointment. My room was not cleaned until I specifically asked for it. I even removed the bedsheets myself to make things easier for the cleaners, but they simply left the used sheets on the floor and folded the sheet back up without replacing them with clean bedding. As a result, I had to sleep without proper clean sheets for part of my stay.

The laundry service was also problematic. My towel was lost, and some of my belongings were even placed into another guest’s laundry bag.
