ทำเลที่ตั้งดี ใกล้ประตูท่าแพ เดินทางสะดวก หาขอกินง่าย ร้านเยอะ ใกล้ 7-11 สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักพร้อมทุกอย่าง

ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงข้างนอกและห้องข้างๆเข้ามาดัง แต่รับได้ และห้องที่พักแอบมีประตูหน้าต่างบานเลื่อนหนึ่งบานปิดไม่ได้น่าจะเสีย แต่ไม่เป็นไร มีลูกกรงเหล็กข้างนอกอยู่
