連泊にうってつけ！
Pros:

高輪ゲートウェイ駅からも地下鉄駅からも近く、何処に出掛けるのもとても便利。最上階に大浴場があり疲れた身体を癒やし、翌日はまた元気に活動する事が出来ました。お部屋に珈琲を持ち帰る事が出来るのも嬉しかった。
東京に出向いた時には、またお世話になりたいです。

Cons:

浴場の更衣室が狭く、着替えや髪の毛を乾かす時は、他のお客様に気を使いました。

Work travel style hotel - convenient location/ok comfort
Pros:

We booked this hotel for 1 night before our flight back home. It is near the Shinagawa Shinkansen station, where we arrived at night, and there is a direct metro/train line to Haneda right next door. I 100% recommend booking if, like us, you’re traveling and need a convenient location for a night. There is a public bath, which is nice.

Cons:

Not exactly things that we didn’t like - more a few observations that can help other travellers :)
The hotel is very work travel oriented. As such, I do not recommend booking it if you’re a tourist, staying for a few nights to explore Tokyo. You can find better options location and comfort wise. Rooms are very small…there are some marks on the wall here and there. The breakfast buffet is very complete however crowded. The hotel is very big so I think it can feel quite impersonal. In sum, I don’t think tourists are the target audience; rather people on a business trip.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt zur Station Sengakuji und zur Asukasa Line. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und bietet jeder Nationalität etwas. Das Onsen ist genial zum Entspannen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Digitalisierung ermöglicht es auch Menschen ohne Japanischkenntnisse viele Angebote zu buchen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig klein. Für Doppelbelegungen wird es schwierig im Standard Doppelzimmer.
