Hotel wordt met de drone video bijzonder mooi weer geven, de werkelijkheid is anders

Een kamer met midden in de kamer een douche gelegeheid, je zou zeggen dit is een gesloten ruimte.

Parkeren, puntje. Er zijn regelmatig bijkomstig in het hotel. Tja, dan staat het parkeerterrein dus vol. In de omgeving parkeren is niet mogelijk. Bij receptie gevraagt, ja dan kunnen wij betaald parkeren onder het hotel. Dus je verkoopt iets met gratis parkeren, wat achteraf dus betaald parkeren wordt. Mooi verdien model dus.

Personeel bij de receptie, service en klantvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken. Komt over als, ik doe hier mijn werk en dat is het.

Ivm een sterf geval moeten wij onze vakantie inkorten, de geboekte kamer omboeken of annuleren weigert het hotel. Niet echt service gericht en klantvriendelijk als je dit doet in deze kwestie. Dit heet commercieel denken.

Sehr schönes Hotel.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider zu dunkel. Hätte mir mehr Beleuchtung gewünscht. Nachttischlampe ging gar nicht.

Tolles Hotel, top Ausstattung, tolles Ambiente und auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! wenn man mit den Rädern und etwas außerh
Pros:

Das gesamte Team des Atrium Hotels war aussgewöhnlich professionell, entgegenkommend und freundlich. Das gesamte Hotel ist zwar etwas verwinkelt gebaut, aber es befinden sich überall lauschige Plätzchen und das Hotel ist komplett umgeben von grün. Auch das Schwimmbad, das bereits ab morgens um 6:30 Uhr zum Schwimmen geöffnet ist und der Spa sind sehr schön und angenehm zu nutzen. Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine abschließbare Fahrrad Garage, in der wir unsere eBikes direkt laden konnten auch ein absolutes plus. Für mich ist dieses Hotel eine klare Empfehlung und ein guter Grund wiederzukommen.
