Lovely place to stay in centre of old town

The staff were so helpful and friendly. There was a problem with our AC and they arranged for us to move to another room without any hassle at all

La camera non corrispondeva esattamente alla foto su booking in quanto la finestra si apriva su un corridoio. Inoltre era di dimensioni molto contenute.

Lo staff è incredibilmente gentile, disponibile.
Anche la posizione è eccellente, noi ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi.
Le camere sono molto grandi e i letti molto comodi

Cons:

La pulizia della camera lasciava un po’ a desiderare. Abbiamo anche dovuto chiedere di cambiare quasi tutte le asciugamani perché erano sporche.

La colazione non era decisamente da hotel a 4 stelle.

Pros:

Perfect location, very near tours pick up points as well to major attractions in Hanoi, clean and spacious rooms with cool view over Hanoi. Good breakfast with possibility to order fried eggs or pancakes. Very kind stuff.

Cons:

Overall the rooms could be a bit more noise proofed, but it was alright.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien

ATTEZIONE: CHIEDONO 4% PER PAGARE CON CARTA DI CREDITO oltre al prezzo indicato da Booking.
Camere più vecchie delle foto e il primo impatto delle zoni comuni al piano non è dei migliori (materassi usati in corridoio, asciugamani a terra). Il bocchettone della doccia aveva una quantità di calcare come se non fosse mai stato pulito. Non so se gli hotel ad Hanoi di pari prezzo siano così, ma diciamo che non ci tornerei.
