Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful (checking in, sightseeing recommendations, etc.). AC worked well (after a minute to kick in) and was very needed! Room was quite spacious and clean. Water/tea, toiletries, sandals supplied. Breakfast was also great. Location was perfect: right in the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter, but I didn't feel affected by noise. About 10min walk from Hoan Kiem Lake.

Cons:

A little wear and tear in the building; the bathroom felt a little run down. Still clean, just bare bones!

Also, not a real issue with the hotel itself, but don't feel the need to book their airport shuttle! It was difficult to coordinate timing given long custom lines at Noi Bai, and you can easily book a similarly priced ride on your own with the Grab App.

Excellent location and great value. Great service.
Pros:

Great service, room and location, right in the center of the old quarter in the hustle and bustle of daily life. Great breakfast too.

Cons:

There is a lot of sound during rush hour but that comes with prime location, so not the property’s fault except maybe better insulation of the windows.

5 star service
Pros:

It might not be a 5 star hotel but staff are definitely 6 star. Nothing is an issue and they will help with anything, I have stayed there 3 times now and love it

Cons:

Bathroom, but that’s a minor issue.

Pros:

Очень понравился сервис, все доброжелательные, приветливые. В номере каждый день меняют полотенца, приносят водичку и все необходимое. Постельное белье меняют через день. Завтраки простые, но каждый найдет что поесть, всё свежее. Готовят отдельно горячее на выбор, вкусно.
Расположение удачное, вокруг много кафе, выбор огромный, 8 минут пешком до озера, где можно погулять.

Pros:

I loved the hotel, mainly because of the dedicated staff. In the middle of the night, they actually went out to find a power adapter for my laptop. They were so caring and truly made me feel like family. The hotel is cozy and fun, and the breakfast is very nice, including options like delicious pancakes or an omelet made to order. It truly felt like a home within Hanoi. The location is simply excellent.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing! Anne was very helpful - first through email and then during my stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also delicious!

Pros:

The staff is amazingly helpful and the rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. I found it to be a perfect location to explore Old Quarter with many top notch resturants nearby.

Cons:

Some facilities are a bit dated, my AC worked but had some issues. Bedside lighting could be better equipped.

Fabulous location and the staff are amazing
Pros:

I have stayed here before and just love the homely vibe. Not a cold sterile 5 star hotel but a very welcoming place. Close to everything and the staff go above and beyond.

Cons:

Bathroom is a bit small , not much room to put toiletries but manageable. Just needs a bit of updating
