Cozy, pleasant hotel
Pros:

Excellent, energetic, supportive, always smiling staff. This is the USP of this hotel. Even if the guest faces any minor issue, they will fix it. Excellent Location.

Excelente experiência. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e gentil. Tive um problema no banheiro que foi resolvido com muita agilidade. Eles até se ofereceram para trocar meu quarto, mas o conserto foi rápido e preferi não mudar. O quarto é muito bom, cama confortável. Eles também me ajudaram a agendar passeios e deram ótimas dicas de restaurantes e cafés na região. Só agradecimentos, recomendo. O prédio é lindo"

Stinky outdated room
Pros:

Location is good but the room is so smelly and stinky. Staffs are friendly but one female staff were "way too friendly" and treating my partner like "an old friend" . Although friendly, it needs to be more professional though I believe.
