Overall, it was a wonderful stay with amazing breakfast, friendly staff, and a great location
Pros:

1. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious food.
2. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.
3. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the area.

Cons:

The standard room is a little small, with limited space for luggage.

Very central, excellent staff but not a Boutique Hotel.
Pros:

Very central and a huge bed... we paid for a premium double with balcony. On first entering the room it did not live up to "premium"... however after two nights it grows on you. The staff are excellent, particularly Anna who was so friendly and helpful. In hindsight a balcony was not required as it's too hot and noisy to sit out.... There was a good sized shower, otherwise the bathroom is quite small. There is a fabulous authentic Pho restaurant just around the corner that the doorman recommended...

Cons:

It's certainly not a "Boutique" hotel, particularly in the public area's and corridors which had an unusual layout.

L’emplacement est bien mais l’hôtel n’a rien d’un 4 étoiles

L’emplacement est super

Cons:

Les murs étaient moisie … ça sentait vraiment pas bon dans la chambre l’humidité prenait le dessus et ils nous on proposé une remise pour mettre un avis positif sur notre séjour.

Todo perfecto, merece la pena elegir este hotel
Pros:

No deben ir con unas expectativas muy alta del hotel, en Europa no alcanzaria las 4* que tiene, si bien es cierto, que la atención y predisposición de ayuda lo suplen.
Nos atendieron de forma fantástica, nos ayudaron a las reservas de la excursión a la Bahía de Ho - Lang con un precio más económico que el que yo tenia sacándolo desde España, en fin, aunque no pueda ser un 4* habitual en Europa, merece la pena.
La ubicación fantástica, en el centro justo de la ciudad, justo al lado del mercado

Buen hotel para dormir en Hanoi
Pros:

La ubicación está perfecta. Yo estuve en una habitación sin ventanas y todo fue correcto. La cama es cómoda y pude dormir genial y no había ruidos. Yo sí recomiendo el hotel a quien quiera algo cómodo, sencillo, con un desayuno normal por la mañana y cerca de todo.

Pros:

Location was good, staff was friendly. Balcony was lovely.

Cons:

The pictures didn’t at all look like what I got. Everything is a lot older and run down. I can recognise the layout on the pictures but they’re heavily AI corrected. Bathroom wasn’t clean either; hair in the bath and in the towels. The breakfast room wasn’t really nice, the selection very small and it didn’t look fresh, the butter looked like it had never been in the fridge.
