Estadia boa e tranquila
Pros:

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, próximo a padarias, restaurantes e num bairro muito bom e tranquilo.
A limpeza é feita diariamente, todos os lençóis e toalhas muito limpo e cheirosos.

Cons:

Poderia melhorar a diversidade de algo no café da manha. Fiquei 5 dias e sempre era a mesma coisa, nao existia nada de diferente no café. Porem é satisfatório o café.

Pros:

Localização excelente, recepção, quarto muito bom espaçoso. Mercado em frente ao hotel, e ponto de táxi também, facilidade para ir até a Basílica nossa Senhora de Nazaré que fica poucos minutos , caminhando.

cafe da manha nao disponibiliza ovo feito na hora não gosto de ovo mexido e uma opção de tapioca ou omelete enfim alguns itens quando expostos ficam frios

Pros:

A localização é EXCELENTE. Bairro bonito, com diversos restaurantes, conveniência... fica próximo aos pontos turísticos tbm. É possível ir a pé às docas, por exemplo (cerca de 25 minutos), ou de uber leva uns 10 minutos.
O café da manhã é excelente. Muitas variedades e o horário tbm é mto bom, começa às 6:30 e vai até 10h.
Eu cheguei 30 min antes do check-in e não pude ir para o quarto, mas os funcionários guardaram minha mala sem problemas.
