Pros:

Gostei miitp da localização. Os funcionários também foram ótimos. Café da manhã completo. Chuveiro gostoso e quarto amplo.

Cons:

O hotel não tem garagem. O hotel tem convênio com um estacionamento que fica nas proximidades. Mas me serviu muito bem. Não foi um problema.

Conforto e localização excelentes, porém pouca flexibilidade no serviço de café da manhã.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente, cercada por ótimas opções de alimentação e muito próxima da Basílica de Nossa Senhora de Nazaré. Os quartos são muito limpos, as toalhas são macias e cheirosas, e os travesseiros são excelentes — algo raro de encontrar em hotéis! Como viajei a trabalho e usei o hotel apenas para dormir, não cheguei a testar o Wi-Fi.

Cons:

Gostaria de registrar uma insatisfação quanto ao café da manhã. Como dieta/preferência pessoal, consumo apenas ovos fritos ou cozidos. No buffet, a única opção era ovo mexido. Solicitei à equipe a gentileza de fritar um ovo, mas recebi uma resposta negativa. Acredito que um pedido tão simples poderia ser atendido para garantir uma boa experiência ao hóspede, especialmente para quem tenta manter uma alimentação com foco em proteínas e menos voltada aos carboidratos ofertados.
