I stayed in the Grand Sheraton and is an excellent hotel. There is a fantastic range of food for breakfast to cater for all. The rooms were very comfortable and lots of space. The hotel has a number of entrances into the mall which is very convenient. There is a nice bar on the ground floor and the staff were excellent. Very friendly and willing to help me at any time.

Was a lovely home base for a long business trip!
Room and food both top notch, and Rahmat from the guest relations team made me feel like a VIP.
Being connected to a mall is also a HUGE plus

We had a somewhat disappointing experience during our stay at Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel on July 9, 2026.

The front desk staff, Ms. Akhsa, made us feel undervalued when informing us that our booked room could not accommodate an extra bed and recommending a much lower room category, from Deluxe to Ambassador.

She initially informed us that no Grand Deluxe rooms were available. However, when we checked with another staff member, we received a different answer, which left us confused.

The handling of our request for an extra bed and breakfast also felt rushed and lacked the level of respect and attention that guests should receive.

We hope the management will pay more attention to customer service quality and ensure that guests are treated with professionalism and courtesy.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Sheraton Gandaria, and it exceeded our expectations.

Our kids absolutely loved spending time at the swimming pool. There were plenty of fun activities organized for children over the weekend, which kept them entertained and made the stay even more memorable. It was great to see such a family-friendly atmosphere.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit both adults and children. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it one of the highlights of our stay.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and we felt relaxed throughout our stay.

What made the experience even better was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone we met was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile.

One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the direct access to the mall. It made our weekend incredibly convenient, whether we wanted to shop, dine, or simply stroll around after enjoying the hotel's facilities.

Overall, Sheraton Gandaria is a perfect choice for a family weekend getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing staycation with kids!

Perfect location as it is located in a mall, so very easy access for everything you need. Room is spacious and aircon is definitely cold while the bed is warm and comfy. Food during breakfast has variety of choices. Overall a really good stay!

Seneng bgt stay seminggu disini ga berasa, hospitalitynya juara, semuanya staff, room attendant, apalagi pas breakfast was true highlight of our stay, made even more memorable by Chef ANTON's exceptional hospitality, selalu make sure kita dapet sarapan yg enak.. he thoughtfully prepared personalized dishes for our children each morning, kayak fries, nuggets and special OPOR pas hari terakhir..

I brought my 86 yrs old Mom back to Indonesia on this 4 weeks trip, and she hasn't been back in 15 yrs, so it was a big deal. We want to make sure she's healthy and happy. We booked several hotels in Jakarta, but after we stayed at Sheraton Gancit we were so happy we decided to extend thru end of trip, so total 3 weeks. Our stay was super excellent; the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The food was all delicious, and they take request from us for some special meal! The rooms were great, we got a very nice suite with living room connecting to another room. They all treated my Mom like a celebrity and made her so happy. I want to thank you the Sheraton staff who made the stay so awesome and memorable: Rahmat, Melanie, Bu Panca, Chef Bazilla, Fikri, Kiki, Chef May and so many others that I have to apologize for not remembering all the names!!
