Been one year more handling accommodations for my colleagues from office. Easy to book the room & the transport. Almost always fast response, been contacting via email (mostly) & WhatsApp (urgent matters). It was our first time visiting this hotel, even though we live not too far from it.

The hotel itself features a contemporary design that made us feel surrounded by luxury. One of its biggest advantages is its location, as it is situated right next to Gandaria City Mall and close to nearby attractions such as Blok M, Mayestik, and many others.

From the moment we stepped in, the hospitality felt genuine. The bellboy, front desk staff, and everyone else we encountered were attentive and eager to assist with our needs.

The best part of our stay was the variety offered at the breakfast buffet. There were different international sections, including Indian, Korean, Japanese, and local Indonesian cuisine, giving guests plenty of options to choose from.

We would also like to personally highlight two staff members we encountered during check-out, Mr. Rahmat and Ms. Tiara, who took the time to listen to our needs and did their utmost to make our stay memorable.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a strategic location.

Excellent hotel and staff. Since we walked in the door to check in, the staff were very attentive and always have a smile on their face. The rooms are quiet and clean with all the comforts you can expect from a Sheraton.

The lounge on the 20th floor has a great atmosphere and views of the city. What really makes it great are the staff. Very friendly and attentive. They are so nice and they can help you with any questions or request you may have. The customer service is truly to notch. Thanks to the lounge staff Rahmat, Wiwid, Amel, Natla, and Cynthia to make our stay even better!

I had a very pleasant stay at Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel. The atmosphere was excellent, creating a comfortable and relaxing experience throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, with direct access to Gandaria City Mall and easy connectivity to other parts of Jakarta.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes.

Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to try the other hotel facilities, so I cannot comment on them. However, based on my overall experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Sheraton Jakarta Gandaria City is one of my go-to hotels when I visit Jakarta due to its convenient location and warm associates. The hotel is connected to Gandaria City mall which will serve all your needs, and is a 10-15min taxi ride away from other areas of interest like Senayan. The associates from culinary and F&B and front office are very friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand.
