Loved everything about the hotel!
There was a strange smell in the lobby, I think it was the cleaning fluids used...maybe a bit too strong for my senses.
Had a great experience, staff was really helpful especially Miss Sahla at reception was very cooperative.
Overall service & hospitality is great. I love the varierty of food during breakfast.

Back again at my favorite hotel to celebrate my son’s birthday. We were so happy to find a sweet message on the mirror, balloons, a mini cake, and some canapés waiting for us.
Everything felt thoughtful and nicely prepared. The service was warm as always, and my son was really happy—which made it all even more special.

Despite her command in English is not good, she tried her best to communicate and ensure we are comortable and attended to.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, thank you to Pak Rahmat and Pak Anton n ibu, as well as the entire team. The service was excellent, and they consistently made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Their hospitality truly made a difference, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to coming back.
Had a lovely stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the experience even more special. The lounge access was a great perk—especially the evening cocktail session with a good variety of food and drinks.
The pool area was very nice, including a separate kids pool, and on Sunday they even set up a kids playground in the meeting rooms, which was a great touch for families.
Location is perfect with direct access to Gandaria City Mall, making everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
Such a great and lovely experience in Sheraton Gandaria, this is my 2nd time staying here and I got a good experience from the previous one. This time I got a wonderful stay with my wife and son, Pak Rahmat, Sahla, and GRO team were very kind by giving a lot of experience, especially for my wife's belated birthday and also my son. The room was as good as before, the quality and service were superb, I really enjoy this short staycation and hoping to come again in the future.
