Fine hotel for a night in Moab.
Pros:

Serviceable hotel in Moab. Clean, easy to get to and a few places to walk to in the area. Nothing too flash but nice service, good breakfast, and we're happy with our stay. It was cheaper than the big brands and included brekky so we're happy campers.

Cons:

It's a bit dated but all was fine.

After a nightmare booking with a different property, this was exactly what we needed.
Pros:

It was very close to everything Moab had to offer and a great hub for National Park hopping. Good breakfast selection and the indoor/outdoor pool was fun

Cons:

One of the nights we had neighbors playing loud music, but we turned up our sound machine and were able to fall asleep.

Pros:

Belle chambre bien équipée. Piscine agréable intérieure extérieure. Vaste salle de petit-déjeuner et merveilleux choix. Grand parking. Bon emplacement. Deux laveries à disposition. Très bonne insonorisation. La proximité du centre-ville (20mn à pied).

Infestation of beetles- not their fault, but kind of creepy. We were on the side not infested.

We would stay again.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There were Elm Seed Bugs all over the window inside and out. Were told its a seasonal thing. They offered a refund to go elsewhere or a different room. We stayed. They came and vacuumed the bugs and my husband spent the evening killing them. My Bath an Body Works spray killed them eventually.

Good couple of nights, perfect location, value for money.
Pros:

Swimming pool and spa were great the pool went inside the property and outside. Good location for exploring the town and Arches National Park.

Le confort du matelas. La propreté générale.

Cons:

Des choses surprenantes comme le lavabo en dehors de la salle de bain, ou le bruit que fait le sol lorsqu'on marche dessus. La proximité de la route très bruyante et le petit déjeuner de faible qualité.
