Pros:

Ubicación excelente. En una casona antigua muy bonita. Las habitaciones son amplias.El desayuno también muy bueno.

Cons:

La habitación no está insonorizada: es un problema porque muchos clientes se levantan muy temprano (3.00 a 5.00 a.m) para excursiones y se oyen maletas en el empedrado y conversaciones.

La camera e il bagno spaziosi, struttura esteticamente molto bella e personale gentile. Colazione da asporto per partenza presto molto buona.

Cons:

Il pavimento della camera non era molto pulito, la stanza era gelida e senza riscaldamento, l'acqua calda non sempre arrivava.

Great hotel to stay and close to the main city
Pros:

The hotel is distinctive, featuring incredible artifacts and thoughtful design. The breakfast was delicious and offered a generous spread. I highly recommend trying their breakfast.

Cons:

It lacks an elevator to help transport your luggage to your room. The staff generously assisted us with our bags during check-in, but unfortunately, there was no help available at check-out, and we had to carry our luggage down from nearly two levels. Despite this, it’s a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

Il fascino di Arequipa in un piccolo hotel accogliente
Pros:

Posizione e storia che si respira in ogni angolo della struttura, costruita in sillar (la pietra bianca che contraddistingue tutta Arequipa). La “rusticità” di alcuni elementi della camera concorre al fascino complessivo di questo luogo. Le aree comuni sono sicuramente le più affascinanti.

Cons:

Per noi non è stato un problema, ma per qualcuno l’assenza di ascensore (essendo la struttura molto antica), specialmente con valigie, può essere critica

Bellissimo Hotel vicino al centro
Pros:

La struttura è bella ed accogliente, colazione a buffet completa ed ottima qualità. La nostra camera molto grande e il bagno super spazioso con box doccia molto comodo e acqua caldissima!

Cons:

Abbiamo fatto richiesta di fare un check-in anticipato arrivando alle 5.30 con il bus ad Arequipa e ci è stato accordato, ma trovo che pagare il 75% del prezzo della camera sia stato un po' esagerato

Tranquillo.
Pros:

Personale molto gentile. Alla mattina siamo partiti molto presto e non avremmo fatto in tempo a fare colazione così ci hanno preparato la colazione al sacco. Ricca e completa.
