Decent value, good location, but no privacy
Pros:

Location was good, not a far walk to plaza de armas and restaurants but in a more quiet area. Room itself was fairly comfy and the breakfast was really nice.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the cleaners rest area and we had see through curtains for the massive window looking into the bedroom which was awkward because the entire stay could see and hear cleaners standing around outside our see through window and couldn't help but feel watched.
Would not be a problem in any other room though.

No regrets for staying this hotel
Pros:

This is our 2nd stay in this hotel. The given room is in a new building. Everything is clean, nive and comfortable.

Cons:

Due to new building, the soap holder is missing in the showering room. I will give 8.5-9 score of 10 for satisfaction.

Agréable pour être à 5/10mns du centre
Pros:

La proximité pour aller au centre-ville .

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre depuis bien longtemps et nous avons été mis dans une annexe de l’hôtel certes à côté mais bon !
pas le même charme . Le personnel a l’accueil de l’annexe était limite aucun sourire même nous avions l’impression de les embêter avec nos questions ….!!!!!

Puis autre chose : nous sommes restés 2 nuits, et il y a un mystère que nous n’avons toujours pas réussi à résoudre… le prix des bouteilles d’eau 😅 ce n’est pas pour le prix des bouteilles d’eau, on s’en fiche.

À l’accueil de l’annexe :

* un soir : 6 soles
* un matin : 5 soles

Puis, dans le même établissement à l’hôtel :

* 4 soles

Et enfin, le soir avant de rentrer :

* 3 soles 😜🤣🤷🏻‍♂️

Klimatyczny hotel w centrum Arequipy.
Pros:

Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu, czyste, przestronne pokoje (spaliśmy w nowej części), miła obsługa. Piękna roślinność w starej części hotelu, gdzie chodziliśmy na śniadania. Mogliśmy zakwaterować się o 10:00 i pozostawić bagaże w pokoju na noc, którą spędziliśmy w Kanionie Colca.

Wszystko było ok.

We booked in a beautiful colonial building, but they put us into a new, unstylish place.

Cons:

Instead of the "charming colonial-style building" we got a room in the new wing of the hotel next door, which is a soulless modern building with zero charm. Knowing this in advance, I'd have booked somewhere else.

Eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft für alle die keine 5 Sterne Häuser brachen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft erstreckt sich in einen Innenhof. Daher ist es nachts sehr ruhig und man kann sich wirklich gut ausruhen.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut und vergleichsweise im Normbereich.
Im nahen Stadtzentrum finden sich sehr viele Restaurants. Zum Busbahnhof gelangt man problemlos mit dem Taxi.

Pros:

The staff is nice and helpful, doesn't speak English. Rooms very nice and clean. Has everything you need. Good breakfast. Used laundry service, worked well.

Cons:

We got placed in a hotel that was still build but the same hotel but 2 doors down the street. We thought this was a little weird and the hotel was less beautiful. They said it was because the hotel was full but we booked months in advance. Hotel was fine so it was okay.
Place is super noisy.

Pros:

Struttura pulita ed accogliente Soggiornare al Majestad Boutique Hotel è stato un vero piacere. La struttura è affascinante, ricavata in due splendidi palazzi storici che conservano tutto il fascino dell'architettura di Arequipa. La pulizia è impeccabile in ogni angolo, dalle camere agli spazi comuni. Una nota di merito va sicuramente alla colazione, davvero ottima e varia, ideale per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Posizione eccellente e atmosfera tranquilla nonostante la centralità.
