Deja mucho que desear

Cons:

Las fotos distan mucho de la realidad, la habitación estaba llena de humedades.
La limpieza deja mucho que desear, al llegar la bañera estaba sucia y el servicio de habitaciones se limitó a hacer la cama, el baño estaba tal cual lo dejamos, con el vaso de cepillarnos los dientes lleno de agua y sucio y no repusieron jabón en dos días.
La televisión no funcionó en los tres días que estuvimos.
También había una obra en la habitación contigua que nos impidió el descanso durante la tarde.
A pesar de las quejas no nos pusieron solución ni nos cambiaron de habitación.

El desayuno bueno aunque sin más.

Apesar das colocações , acredito sugestiva eh um bom custo x benefício

Quarto espaçoso . Segue uma estrutura rústica . Uma boa ducha , mas eh preciso saber regular .

Cons:

Alguns pontos a se melhorar :
1-Não tem cofre( é preciso deixar na recepção algo de valor)
2- As TVs dos quartos não sao smart TV o que restringe a ver canais em espanhol apesar a extensa lista de canais fechados
3- Os recepcionistas não são simpáticos, sempre com jeito de desconfiados. Somente no checkout a recepcionista foi mais comunicativa (fiquei três noites)
4- Banheiros não tem exaustor
5- Fui no frio mas percebi que não tem ventilador quiçá ar condicionado , no verão deve ser difícil
6- Corredores internos em pedras rústicas e as janelas ficam para este espaços. Devido a isto há barulhos de pessoas falando e malas o que dificulta o descanso do hóspede que está no quarto. Sugiro placas de silêncio pois tem pessoas sem senso. Tlvz iniba um pouco os hóspedes mais animados

Tem hotéis melhores, bom custo e melhor localizados que valham mais a pena.

Nosso primeiro quarto era horrível, cheirava esgoto, velho, sujo e barulhento. Pedimos para mudar e conseguimos um quarto confortável. De acordo c as expectativas

Atendimento nada cordial. Nada cordial mesmo! Só uma menina no último dia que era um pouco simpática. Mas não ajudam ou orientam nada

Sehr freundliches Personal, wunderschönes Hotel im kolonial Stil und super Lage. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Hotel im Kolonial Stil mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war richtig gut und man konnte vom Hotel aus alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns dort sehr sicher gefühlt.

Pleasant stay good location.
Pros:

Nicely sized clean room. Good location in town. Nice courtyard and bathrooms.

Cons:

Room 201 was right next to the boiler / generator? Woken each morning before 7 to loud droning noise. Would recommend choosing a different room if available.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bonito, quartos espaçosos, arquitetura antiga preservada. Área externa bastante agradável.

Cons:

A acústica não é muito boa, então dá para ouvir as conversas dos quartos vizinhos. A calefacao é portátil, então tem que solicitar na recepção. A limpeza poderia ser melhor, muita poeira embaixo dos móveis.

Ottima esperienza ad Arequipa
Pros:

Struttura molto bella a due passi dalla piazza centrale di Arequipa in zona ben fornita. Ottima la colazione e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per il servizio lavanderia.

Cons:

Da svecchiare gli arredi che iniziano a risentire del tempo, toglierei la vasca in bagno sostituendola con una pratica doccia.

Schönes Ambiente.
Pros:

Ein tolles Haus mit Innenhof und Brunnen, 2 Stockwerken. Ein schönes Frühstücksbüffet in einem schönen Ambiente im Haus nebenan. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Heißes Wasser für Tee steht immer zur Verfügung. Große Betten. Safe steht an der Rezeption zur Verfügung.
Im Innenhof ist es ruhig.
Zentral gelegen, man erreicht den Hauptplatz von Arequipa nach wenigen Gehminuten.

Cons:

Die Zimmereinrichtung und auch das Bad darf modernisert werden. Mitunter sind die Möbel verschlissen oder auch kaputt (z. B. Glasscheibe am Tisch oder Fenster gebrochen).

Decent value, good location, but no privacy
Pros:

Location was good, not a far walk to plaza de armas and restaurants but in a more quiet area. Room itself was fairly comfy and the breakfast was really nice.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the cleaners rest area and we had see through curtains for the massive window looking into the bedroom which was awkward because the entire stay could see and hear cleaners standing around outside our see through window and couldn't help but feel watched.
Would not be a problem in any other room though.

No regrets for staying this hotel
Pros:

This is our 2nd stay in this hotel. The given room is in a new building. Everything is clean, nive and comfortable.

Cons:

Due to new building, the soap holder is missing in the showering room. I will give 8.5-9 score of 10 for satisfaction.
