Absurd.

Cons:

They did an excellent job of taking pictures that completely hide very important realities, which shall be outlined here:

1. The rooms have no proper DOORS. They have these iron gates with actual glass windows. Into your room.
Sound comes in and out. You have no privacy, save for a small plastic curtain. Nowhere on their pictures is that explicit. There is a passing picture of these metal doors as if they belong to a common area – surprise, they are the doors to your "room".

2. They do have very hot water, which is good. This very hot water from a gas-powered heater is made available to the room via... STANDARD PVC PIPING, which was already VISIBLY VERY WARPED during my stay. I must say that this will eventually burst and may actually kill someone. Which is bad.

Imagine dozens of liters of high-pressure, boiling water exploding on your face/neck for a second, with the regular PVC piping shrapnel as a bonus before you pick this hotel, because they didn't.

Whoever owns this place marveled at the good location and thought: "hmm, how do I extract maximum value while spending the least possible amount of money?".

Lady at the reception was nice, and oblivious to all of this as she likely isn't paid enough to care.
Oh and the A/C remote is a bit finicky. 2/10, favela experience with Pinheiros pricing.

A hospedagem lhe dá a sensação de estar visitando um parente e não em um hotel. Tem um jeitinho de casa de vó. É uma pegada diferente de grandes redes e grupos. Mas gostei da hospedagem e retornaria ao hotel.

Está localizado em um local aprazível. A equipe nos atendeu muito bem e a localização é muito boa, próximo ao HC e a linha do metrô. Ruas tranquilas

Simplicidade com conforto e charme
Pros:

Embora o quarto fosse pequeno e simples, gostei da decoração industrial, a cama era muito boa e o chuveiro também. Todo o hotel é muito charmoso, o café da manhã é ótimo e fui muito bem atendido, principalmente pelas moças do café.

Cons:

Poderia haver mais opções de comidas e bebidas na recepção, e as toalhas deixaram um pouco a desejar.
