I was very happy with everything.
Pros:

I had an absolute wonderful stay at Guest Urban. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast excellent, room, clean and very comfortable. Excellent location, easy access to nice cafes and restaurants. Definitely I will stay there again.

Ambiente muito agradável e acolhedor.
Pros:

Cortesia dos funcionários. Assim que chegamos fomos bem atendidos e logo que foi finalizada a limpeza do quarto fomos autorizados a ocupar, ainda antes do horario estabelecido para o check-in.

Cons:

O café da manha poderia ter uma variedade um pouco maior de bolos e frutas, pão de queijo, etc.

The staff is not helpful. I was expecting more.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Better than what I had anticipated, actually.

Cons:

First, I got a very weird email through a booking.com channel where someone called "Bruno Baia" asked me to send my credit card number to confirm the booking. That was very weird. I wrote to the hotel, and they told me that I should disregard this message. Then, the hotel only provided one key, but we are two people. They have minilockers, but the staff there didn't allow us to use the minilocker, and so we had to agree on who would keep the key, and then return always on the right time. It's very difficult for two people to stay in the double room like this.

Pros:

Location was good, nice, though far from historic centre of the city

Cons:

No external sign for the hotel, making it very hard to find.
Room was not clean- mould in the shower, using 'chic' as an excuse to be unfinished and not particularly clean.
Toilet light did not work.

Pros:

A localização é ótima.

Cons:

Cheguei, desfiz minha mala, sai para almoçar e quando voltei para descansar fui ligar o ar condicionado e ele não estava funcionando e o interfone para a recepção também estava quebrado. O problema não fui resolvido imediatamente e eu precisei cancelar minha reserva e fiquei na rua sem ter pra onde ir.
