Apartamento tranquilo, muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y fantástico precio calidad, tienes cerca varios supermercados, mercado de fruta, y sitio de ocio, muy segura la zona para caminar y estaciones de bus, metro cerca!

Комфорт и чистота
Pros:

Прекрасные апартаменты,современная мебель и техника,расположение в тихом уютном районе ,но до центра 5 минут ходьбы,все было на высшем уровне.

気配りが効いた宿
Pros:

受付にいる女性が優しく，心配りもある，安心できる宿。部屋は清潔で，キッチン設備も充分。TVはネットフリックスも見れる。タオルウォーマーもある

Perfect central location for exploring Budapest.
Pros:

The property was in a fantastic location. It was really comfortable and we had a perfectly quiet appt right at the back of the complex.

Cons:

Really weird thing to say but the curtains didn’t fit the windows at all which meant light beamed in at 5 in the morning. Also sadly our air conditioning didn’t work at all but we were given a mobile unit instead. Whilst it worked it was so loud at night. Our air conditioning unit was fixed for our last night (out of 4 night stay). Staff were helpful and did what they could to help.

Pros:

Very clean, and enough space for 2 people and their basic needs. Bathroom was super clean and we could check in earlier and that made our first day so much smoother. The reception man, Raj was always smiling and always rush to help us. Check in was fast. Location was perfect. And I mean perfect. Without wanting to undermine Budapest it felt like an Italian road, quiet, vibrant and beautiful.

Cons:

The windows could have a net for insects but they were definitely not a problem. We had 1 ladybug visitor in 2 days. Also sadly if you open the windows wide all the way, passers by could peek into the room. But it wasn't a problem, we only let half the windows open for air circulation most of the time.

La luz del baño por sensor, no duraba nada encendida, y las cortinas no cubrían la ventana entera y no conseguimos que la cafetera funcionara

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες ήταν καθαρά, υπήρχε αρκετό χαρτί υγείας και το μπάνιο διέθετε σαμπουάν και σαπούνι χεριών, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Υπήρχε επίσης μικρή κουζίνα με ψυγείο, νεροχύτη, κάψουλες καφέ και βασικά είδη κουζίνας όπως πιάτα και ποτήρια, καθώς και τηλεόραση. Το κατάλυμα διέθετε air condition, αν και κατά την επίσκεψή μας τον Απρίλιο δεν λειτουργούσε ακόμη λόγω εποχής. Επιπλέον, παρότι τα διαμερίσματα ήταν πολύ κοντά μεταξύ τους και το δωμάτιο βρισκόταν σε ισόγειο, υπήρχε αρκετή ησυχία τόσο από τους υπόλοιπους επισκέπτες όσο και από τον δρόμο. Ο κύριος στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή πιο ευχάριστη. Θετικό επίσης ήταν ότι υπήρχε χώρος φύλαξης αποσκευών.

Cons:

Στα αρνητικά, θα αναφέρω ότι κατά το check-in μας ζητήθηκε να δώσουμε στοιχεία χρεωστικής ή πιστωτικής κάρτας ως εγγύηση για πιθανές ζημιές. Αυτό δεν αναφερόταν ξεκάθαρα στην κράτηση μέσω Booking και δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί εκ των προτέρων, κάτι που μας προκάλεσε αρνητική εντύπωση. Τελικά δεν υπήρξε κανένα πρόβλημα ή επιπλέον χρέωση, όμως θεωρώ πως τέτοιες πληροφορίες πρέπει να γνωστοποιούνται από πριν. Επίσης, ο χώρος αποσκευών ήταν διαθέσιμος μόνο μέχρι τις 18:00 και το κατάλυμα δεν έφερε ευθύνη σε περίπτωση απώλειας ή κλοπής. Ο χώρος ήταν προσβάσιμος από όλους τους επισκέπτες, κάτι που δημιουργεί μια μικρή ανασφάλεια, παρότι υπήρχαν κάμερες και η ρεσεψιόν βρισκόταν κοντά.
