Pros:

房間香香的東西真得太多太好用，空間也大很舒適，早餐也很棒。
頂樓還有健身器材跟戶外空間，小加分

Cons:

房間跟圖片不符，本來非常期待選項裡面的房型，但一打開門真的是超失望。
窗簾打開也是面對隔壁住家......

當然知道會有些許的差別，但光是浴缸在廁所最角落就超級大扣分。

Rough communications with staff, eventually resolved.
Pros:

I was originally very excited to stay at this hotel. In the end, after extensive back and forth, they did eventually resolve my issue and they did so beyond what was required.

Cons:

Communication with the staff was terrible and made unnecessary issues. I thoroughly communicated that I would not be arriving. I completed a cancelleation. I was encouraged by booking.com messaging to request a refund for the property after my initial flight was cancelled. So then, I additionally requested the refund. The property told me refunds were against booking.com policy. I let them know booking.com encouraged me to request it in the first place. They then had me fill out 2 forms - I did this as promptly as I could given that I was now in transit, in the air, without internet mostly, etc. I submitted the refund request just a few hours before I was menat to check in. They then told me that at this point it was too late to receive a refund because I they had held the room for me in hopes I could make it after all. This was very unlikely to be true -- I had cancelled the room even without refund and clearly communicated my flight would not let me in. I let them know that I had not initially expected a refund but that the back and forth they put me through caused unnecessary work, pressure, and stress. They then offered expiring travel credit at the hotel but this is unhelpful because I will have no travel plans other than the cancelled ones. Ultimately, they did issue a full refund but it was a really strained and difficult process from a hotel with a price point high enough to expect more ease.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in, with.the broad varieties of amenities.and facilities within the hotel, but do note that you need to make an order for your breakfast using their breakfast menu at least 30 minutes before you plan to to have breakfast.

I was blown away by this property. The location was perfect. As someone else said - 5* hotel at 3* prices. I've never described a hotel room this way before but the room itself was just a joy to stay in. There were lovely hidden amenities, a focus on various scents, sneaker care kits, and a tub that felt luxurious and mini-pool sized. Loved the complimentary mini bar and quality amenities. Rooftop (small) gym and laundry room was a plus. Great stay.
