Basic but good for a quick sleep and freshen up.
Pros:

The property was reasonably priced and in a good location of china town. Restaurants and cafes were close by and train station was in walking distance.
Room was very basic but comfortable.

Cons:

The room has a strange smell to it. The rooms were very small and so was the bathroom. But did the job. It was good for a sleep and freshen up.

Pros:

Affordable. Clean sheets. Really nice location, close to the public transportation.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, when we arrived, there was very strong smell, which luckily faded away in a day. I was able to hear all the sounds from the next room and hallway. Busy at night.

Water from the ceiling and death cockroach
Pros:

The staff was really nice and polite to be fair

Cons:

The hotel was one of the worst places I've ever been.
First I've got a room with water coming out of the ceiling.
I've got a new one with a death cockroach, and with a really shabby toilet.
To complete the experience, there were loud noises due to ongoing work in one of the rooms in my floor.
Even if I already paid for 3 nights, I didn't sleep there and I left for another hotel nearby that was waaay cleaner and nicer

Convenient place in great location
Pros:

Great location, easy check in/ out with friendly staff, we appreciated the late check out time.

Cons:

The mattress was very hard and we generally like firm mattresses. Bathroom was very small and there was no shower screen or curtain, so water was everywhere. But for a short stay those were not big issues.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — very convenient and close to restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, especially Tony who made us feel very comfortable. The hotel has a great atmosphere and everything we needed was nearby. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Très bien placé, très bon rapport qualité prix, personnel très prévenant.

Cons:

Il manque une patère et une étagère pour accrocher et poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain.

La localisation dans le quartier chinois est pas mal pour visiter Singapour, le métro est tout proche.
