Cons:

Das Hotel hat dem Gastrobereich modernisiert und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und haben keine Klimaanlage. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis = Schweizer Verhältnisse

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise eine gute Lokation.
Pros:

Frühstück war bezüglich der Auswahl gut. Man kümmert sich jedoch um alles selbst, die Tische sind nicht gedeckt. Es gibt auch keine Tischdecken, aber auf Nachfrage bekommt man eine Serviette. Freie Platzwahl innen oder außen war sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist funktional eingerichtet. Es gibt kein Telefon um die Rezeption zu erreichen. Die Kissen sind extrem dick und man bekommt einen steifen Hals, wenn man es benutzt.
Vorsicht bei Medikamentenabgabe zur Kühlung!!
Meine speziellen Kühlelemente für meine sehr teure Medizin waren verlegt, und es dauerte
eine 1/2 Stunde bis das Personal endlich fündig wurde. Das kann ja mal passieren, aber was ich sehr unschön fand war, dass so gut wie keine Empathie für meine Situation gezeigt wurde. Guter Umgang wäre für mich gewesen, dass ich beruhigt worden wäre, vielleicht auch ein Glas Wasser oder Ähnliches ( es waren 30 Grad an diesem Tag) zur Beruhigung bekommen hätte etc. kurz: etwas menschliches Verhalten hätte gut getan.

Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am See. Uns hat der kleine Balkon gut gefallen. Man konnte herrlich draußen sitzen und die wunderschöne Landschaft genießen. Ebenfalls bemerkenswert war das hervorragende Restaurant. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Das Frühstück mit dem Ausblick auf dem See und die Räumlichkeiten waren gut.

Cons:

Das Personal war den Gästen nicht zugewandt und beschäftigten sich mit selber. Das Frühstück wurde schon frühzeitig nicht mehr nachgefüllt.

Pros:

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast has an extensive range on offer and was tasty, Public areas neat and tidy and the location on the banks of the lake is lovely

Cons:

No kettle and drinks making in the room. A bit of black mould around in the shower. Conversations in the corridor clearly heard in the room.
