Lovely lakeside location with limited parking available
Pros:

The hotel is situated on the Lake with beautiful views and sits just by the ferry. Parking is available but is limited. The bar area and terrace is very pleasant with food and drink available in all parts of the hotel. Balcony rooms and terrace rooms are available. We chose this hotel to be 'out of the city' with parking.

Cons:

Parking was less available than we thought. Driving by car is pretty much the only way to reach the hotel comfortably but the car parking cannot accommodate all guests. The overflow into the Ferry waiting area is the only other option when the ferry stops running. We had to move the cars around a fair bit and were only there for one night.

Hotel Seerausch gehört als Zwischenstation nach Italien immer zu unserer Reiseplanung!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt einzigartig am Vierwaldstättersee und bei einem Zimmer mit Seeblick hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den See und die dahinter befindlichen Berge. Das Zimmer entsprach den gängigen Standards in Größe und Ausstattung inkl. Klimagerät. Das Bad könnte man mal renovieren, da doch einige Einrichtungen in die Jahre gekommen sind.

Cons:

Insgesamt ist das Hotel eher hochpreisig wie in der Schweiz gegenüber Deutschland üblich. Nimmt man zu einer Übernachtung mit Frühstück auf der Durchreise nach Italien noch ein Abendessen in schönem Ambiente auf der Seeterrasse wird das Urlaubsbudget doch gewaltig strapaziert. Aber alles hat seinen Preis. Man muss es ja nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist sehr umfangreich mit frischen, qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten. Man benötigt allerdings ein wenig Zeit, um die Übersicht über alle angebotenen Produkte zu erlangen. Das Büfett ist eine wenig unübersichtlich aufgebaut.

Would 100% recommend and would return!
Pros:

The location was amazing! The staff was very friendly, and I definitely recommend the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. The beds were comfortable, and they had private access to the lake.

Cons:

It was a little noisy, and there’s no airconditioning so the room can be quite warm warm though there was a fan provided.

Veel te duur voor zo een oud hotel en kamers

Locatie een 10.

Cons:

De rest is een 3 (of lager) gewoon allemaal heel erg oud....back to the 90, en daarna is nooit iets vernieuwd.
GEEN airco, wat je wel verwacht als je dit bedrag betaald! Maar een kleine ventitalor, die helaas helemaal niets verkoeld.
Over de rest van de kamer valt niets te zeggen behalve oud oud en oud.

Auf dem Weg in den Süden ein ideales Stopover-Hotel - hier fing schon der Urlaub an.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt am Vierwaldstätter See. Großes, komfortables, modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit seitlichem Blick auf den See. Wirkte insgesamt wertiger als ein 3-Sterne-Hotel. Gutes Restaurant mit schöner Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Problemloses kostenloses Parken vor der Tür. Für uns als Transferhotel nach Italien super geeignet, weil man schnell von der Autobahn abfahrend dort ist.

Cons:

Manchmal hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit seitens des Personals gewünscht (Rezeption/Frühstück).

Tolle Lage, aber als Gast nicht sehr willkommen

Die Lage direkt am See und dem Restaurant mit Blick darüber bis in die Berge war super. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Personal zum Abendessen war sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Kritische Fragen beim Einchecken wurden irritiert und widerwillig beantwortet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war um 0845 Uhr ziemlich leer. Auf die Nachfrage, ob das Rührei nochmals aufgefüllt werden könnte hiess es nur : Nein". Dies, obwohl bis um 1000 Uhr Frühstück angeboten wird. Auf nochmaliges Nachfragen hiess es wieder nein, angeblich aus Gründen des Food-Waste. Die Dame vom Service war sehr unfreundlich. Auch die Auswahl an Speisen war - obwohl angenehm angerichtet - sehr überschaubar. Wenig regionale Spezialitäten, nur null-acht-fünfzehn Produkte. Sehr schade. Man fühlt sich so nicht als Gast willkommen.
Die Zimmer waren zweckmässig, es war immerhin ein Plastikstuhl im Zimmer. Ansonsten sehr lieblos.
Der Balkon ist demodiert und müssten saniert werden.

Een mooi hotel voor een kort verblijf, zeker als je goed wil dineren. Wel aan de dure kant.
Pros:

De locatie is prachtig. We hadden vanuit onze kamer een prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Het restaurant is prima, zowel diner als ontbijt. Heel ruim opgezet en mogelijkheden om zowel binnen als buiten te eten. Ook weer met mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

De kamers zijn wel aan een renovatie toe. Vooral de badkamer. Een ligbad met douchescherm is niet echt modern meer. In de kamer zelf misten we ook wat elektrische aansluitpunten.
