We only stayed for a night. Very convenient location.
This was our second time staying here. The hotel is located in a great area local to all amenities and nightlife. Rooms are large and clean. Pool is a good Size.
Not a direct dislike for the hotel however the pigeons on the roof make the pool dirty so it does take cleaning everyday. Not directly the hotels fault though.

Se accendi la luce in bagno di notte si illumina tutta la stanza. Camera piccola e scomoda. Coffee maker non funzionante. Lettini in piscina sporchi e scomodi. Doccia in piscina rotta. L'hotel ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori.

Comfortable bed, modern design. Extra hour for checkout.
Motorised curtain did not work. No air extraction in the shower, only a shower head from above (no hand shower). Bedside light did not work. Most boutique hotels offer a bottle of water and a sweet/fruits to welcome the guests.
The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the breakfast offered a delicious variety that changed each morning, and enjoying it in the serene courtyard felt like a little oasis. The hotel’s design is striking, and the rooftop pool and its view are simply breathtaking. We were thoroughly impressed and would love to stay here again on our next visit to the city.
Lage war sehr gut. Ruhig aber im Zentrum, viele Restaurants in der Nähe und auch nicht weit zum Strand.
Bei der Dusche fehlte die Handdusche und die Klimaanlage war relativ kühl.

La chambre vendue pour 25m2 en faisait à peine 15, Le lit était collé d'un côté du mur et visiblement les vraies chambres de 25m2 étaient au même.prix ! Les chambres c'est un peu la.loterie.

That my 2nd time at the hotel , The rooms are spacious, the modern part is very comfortable, the boutique hotel has a unique atmosphere in the heart of the ancient area. The 3rd floor with the small pool is very nice specially at evening time
Improvement is required in the breakfast, expected from a boutique hotel that will allow breakfast choices that will also include a variety of vegetables and fruits.
A coffee machine and an ICE machine would have upgraded the experience
